“My poster calendars were delivered within three days of my placing the order. The quality of the product was very good. Just one minor comment - the metal binders needed tightening to ensure the pages did not come loose when turned. Otherwise, excellent.”

“No tracking information, no information from purchases on account, haven’t received items yet and it’s been 15 days. Item purchase before reading preview- has spelling mistakes”

Hi Madison, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Unfortunately, tracking is not available for international packages. I can see that your order was posted 3 days after it was ordered, so I would expect that you will most likely receive it this week. As it is the busiest time of the year for deliveries, there could be delays in the postal systems or when the package is passing through customs. Unfortunately, this is all outside of our control. “I do not have much experience at all of other on-line album producers but Bob Books system feels user-friendly and flexible. The process is easy to follow and the albums I've produced (8-9) over the last few years have turned out exactly as I expected after uploading. The software updates come through regularly, the albums come back promptly and it all seems to work fine to me, as I said with very little experience elsewhere. I have no plans to look elsewhere.”

“Good software - it is cross platform and runs on linux which is a massive plus. But best of all, the quality of the books and printing is superb - particularly the top end gloss photographic paper lay-flat option. Whilst expensive, you definately get what you pay for. I shall continue being a customer of this high quality supplier.”

“Very impressed with the speed of delivery - I thought it would take at least a couple of weeks to arrive but I was delighted to receive the book within one week. I had spent a lot of time re-touching and editing many old photos (some 100+ years old) and was a bit anxious to see how they would appear in the book, but they looked even better than I had dared hope, the printing was excellent. The ability to include a QR code for videos was something I had never expected but I was delighted to see how easy it was to create and how simple it is to view the video with a smartphone. I'll certainly recommend Bob Books to anyone considering organising a photograph collection.”

“I was very pleased with the finished product - my first photobook. I found your software less flexible than Snapfish which I used for another book immediately afterwards before I had your book back. I found your software less flexible sometimes on fitting a photo into a shape and also to moving shapes around, especially the former aspect.”

“We have used Bob Books a number of times now and recently created a book of all our wedding photos. We chose the hardback photographic matt landscape book. The online book creator was easy to use, and the finished book arrived very quickly. Beautiful quality, well-made, carefull packages and the images look amazing. Very impressed, and very special!
