“The software is easy to use (I created a lot of my own templates, but the standard ones are good too), the choices of paper, sizes etc are great and the results are fantastic! The print and deliver was super quick to New Zealand. I'll be doing a lot more of these books!”

Hi Susan, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I am sorry to hear that you aren't happy with your most recent book. Unfortunately, photos taken in low light can sometimes be a bit out of focus or blurry, which may be more obvious when viewed larger in print, rather than on a screen. If this is the reason for the blurry photos, a reprint will not fix the problem. However, you are welcome to contact our customer care on askbob@bobbooks.co.uk or 0203 011 1644. “Bob suits me for a wide range of reasons. It is not just easy to use, but is full of features that allows you to create your own style of book. Having used it for several years, and always being satisfied, it would be hard to justify changing. If you are new to Bob I suggest you first take a look at what other people have done; both good and not to your taste. Then adapt this to your own needs. One useful bit of advice is to prepare the book and then leave it for a day. Go back and check before hitting the print button. I can almost guarantee that you will make a few adjustments that will make all the difference. Once the button has been hit it only takes a few days before the book arrives in its postman-protected case. Good luck; the only downside is that photo book making is addictive. Have fun!”

“I made two lustre photographic paper medium size photobooks. The quality again was amazing, same as the previous two times I used Bob Books. Beautiful paper which lies really flat so you can see the pictures perfectly. Better than any of the other photobook providers I have used or seen.”

“We used bob books to create a wedding album. Reviews we had read were all favourable. We choose the large landscape size . When it arrived it was larger than we first thought, which was a nice surprise. The quality of the paper was excellent, colour accuracy was good too. To my tastes I thought the photos were a little too dark. I thought the price was on the high side. Overall very pleased.”

“I recently used Bobs Books so print a book. I have previously used it to create calendars. The software is really user friendly, easy and fun to use to create books. The purchasing process was really straight forward and it was a very quick delivery. The standard of the product is also of really good quality. Thanks you Bobs Books. I would definately recommend Bobs Books and look forward to using them in the future!”
