“Love this company. I change to them a year ago after making apple photo books. I've made over 20 books this year with Bob Books, having archived my whole digital collection and made it into photo books. The quality, software and service is fantastic. I love not getting a canned response to queries like you do with a lot of companies these days. Also the software is very flexible and works directly with Apple Photos organiser so you can access photos easily on a Mac. I love the lie flat books they offer as well. I would highly recommend them. I'm into photography and they are by far the best photobook company I've used.”

“Once I worked out the app it was . straightforward and great to have such variety of design options. Didn’t work out how to swap pages though. Very easy payment process and delivery was swift and efficient. Will definitely use again!”

“The website is easy to use and there is plenty of choice to suit different individual needs and wishes. The process of putting together a book, or a calendar (the only things I've done so far) is fairly straightforward, and very quickly you get used to what you have to do. Delivery of your item is quite a short time after putting in an order, and the goods you receive are exactly as specified and in excellent condition.”

“The software is easy to use (I created a lot of my own templates, but the standard ones are good too), the choices of paper, sizes etc are great and the results are fantastic! The print and deliver was super quick to New Zealand. I'll be doing a lot more of these books!”

Hi Susan, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I am sorry to hear that you aren't happy with your most recent book. Unfortunately, photos taken in low light can sometimes be a bit out of focus or blurry, which may be more obvious when viewed larger in print, rather than on a screen. If this is the reason for the blurry photos, a reprint will not fix the problem. However, you are welcome to contact our customer care on askbob@bobbooks.co.uk or 0203 011 1644. “Bob suits me for a wide range of reasons. It is not just easy to use, but is full of features that allows you to create your own style of book. Having used it for several years, and always being satisfied, it would be hard to justify changing. If you are new to Bob I suggest you first take a look at what other people have done; both good and not to your taste. Then adapt this to your own needs. One useful bit of advice is to prepare the book and then leave it for a day. Go back and check before hitting the print button. I can almost guarantee that you will make a few adjustments that will make all the difference. Once the button has been hit it only takes a few days before the book arrives in its postman-protected case. Good luck; the only downside is that photo book making is addictive. Have fun!”
