“I was disappointed that for whatever reason, I could not choose standard paper with a hardcover A4 landscape book. Instead I chose the glossy photo version which I felt was much too heavy. Also the fact that this leaves a very thick, unusable page at the back makes the book look as though I had forgotten to add a photograph. Quality of printing was fine and speed of delivery excellent but I was not all that happy with the results”

Hi Anne, I am sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your book. It looks like you ordered through the desktop software, so there is no reason, that I can think of, that you wouldn't have been able to change the paper type to classic before ordering, if this was your preference. “The programme is very easy to use and has a very wide range of options for size of books and paper quality. The help desk is extremely helpful and solves problems quickly and easily. The turnaround time from order to delivery is very quick. Quality is first class.”

“I have created around twelve books with Bob Books and the software keeps improving - nothing dramatic but little tweaks which give more control and mean that I can make all the required adjustments to photos etc while I'm putting the books together. There is a great choice of papers and finishes and i have always been pleased with the results. Any issues are quickly and politely dealt with by friendly staff. Good work!”

“I have used Bob Books for many projects, the latest being my annual A3 calendar. The software is easy to use and the ordering process is very straightforward. Most importantly, the calendars (the pictures are of my children) arrived quickly and safely and are stunningly beautiful, the quality is amazing. Very happy with Bob books and would highly recommend.”

“Software very easy to use, I made 2 calendars and 2 months earlier a book for my mums 80th birthday. They were all really easy to make. As I am not very proficient with any type of design software the standard layout options were super and give a really professional finish. The order tracker was also very good, and the one time I had to phone the customer support line ( I had actually not left enough time for the book to be delivered on time for the birthday party), and they were very helpful.”

“Bob Books created our second photo book of our son's wedding. The first was done by a very well known company, but the photos were over exposed and lacking in depth and focus, despite the fact that the photographer used excellent gear. We gave that one to relatives! Our Bob Books book had no such problems, it is a pleasure to look through and does justice to the original pictures. It was easy to create and the production value is high quality, with no rough edges to the paper. We will definitely use Bob Books for our other son's wedding book. Thank you.”

“Every year I make a calendar for the family with Bob Books and it is always fun to make and a great gift. The photo books are easy to make too and are great gifts if I go away on hols with friends.”

Hi Rachel, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry to hear your order has not yet arrived with you. We have checked and can see the production and delivery time we estimate for this type of photo book being delivered to Australia is 15-18 working days, meaning the order should arrive on or before 11.12. The order has been sent via Royal Mail which sadly comes without a tracking number. If the order has not arrived by 11.12 please let us know. Kind regards, Bob Books

“I haven't seen the finished product as it's been sent as a gift. I used the online book maker, which took me a while to get used to but there are lots of options for layout, background etc. The turn around time was quick and the end product delivered promptly”
