“I love Bob Books, and I am designing and producing more and more photobooks. The software is easy to use - flexible, versatile and intuitive. I have even introduced Bob Books to my cousin, and she learnt to use it very quickly and loves it too!”

“Created my book using InDesign to PDF. Very straight forward and no worries regarding which pdf preset to use. Quality of the books was very good (although I am no expert in what other companies produce). I produced a Luster hardback book and the lay flat pages are excellent, one small comment however is that I would have liked more saturation in the images. Good books.”

“Bob Books really let me down after reading some decent reviews. I tried to use their design service which was extremely slow, the minor amendments took about 4 days and they would make no attempt to speed it up even when I told them it was urgent. They don't seem to actually care whether you get your photobook on time or not. The customer service people are friendly but useless, not one of them passed on a message to the design team. The customer service number is also extremely expensive to call. I'm not normally one to complain but Bob Books seriously let me down, and I'd recommend anyone to use Snapfish or Photobox who are much for reliable.”

“They lost 20 images I had submitted for a calendar. Even though they had my email address on their records no one informed us that electronic transmission had failed. Net result: posting deadlines for Christmass missed. Note - even though each image takes up to 30 seconds to load, nothing gets stored at their end until you press the Submit button on compilation completion. The guy I spoke to blamed my slow internet speed for the break and plucked a 10% figure out the air as to how often this happens! Fortunately they assured me that they would not be taking payment.”

“What can I say? We recently lost out beloved Toby, the family dog, at the age of just 4 years old to Canine Lymphoma. We were all devastated that he'd died so young. I wanted to give my Mum and Dad something to remember him by, as he never left their side, and was my Mum's "baby". I used BobBooks program to design a book, used the premium glossy paper, and added extra pages and selected the lay flat option. The book has just arrived, and it is absolutely fantastic. It's been created exactly as it appeared on screen. No random chopping, nothing missed off. If I had to sum the quality of the book up in one word, it would be "exquisite". If you want to make a book of memories, no matter what they are, then I cannot recommend BobBooks high enough. You will not be disappointed with the quality or service. Thank you BobBooks for allowing us to create a book of memories that will live with us all for many, many years to come.”

“A very easy to use tool. People are always amazed by the end result. So much better than showing people your photographs on a computer or tablet and beats an old fashioned photo album hands down. I've tried other products but this one is so much easier to use and produces a book that is just like I envisage it! I usually use a classic hard back but did try a Lustre finish this time but I'm not sure it is worth the price differential over a standard book. Having said that the quality remains first class.”

“Quick delivery on photobook (7 days including a bank holiday weekend) very pleased with the quality. Downloadable free software is a doddle to use (WindowsPC) and has features to help you avoid scaling pictures to a size exceeding their pixel quality. A little more expensive than some online services, but not much, and well worth the extra. Will use again. Recommended”

“My experience with bob books was very good, I published one small booklet using the designer software. The only improvement that I could think of would be: If I could convert the file into a pdf or convert it to an e-book, that would be fantastic. Thanks for considering the idea. “I have never used an app to produce a book before and I found that by devoting time on a rainy day I achieved a result which did what I wanted,namely record a lovely holiday, and impress my family! Then your service in printing the book was quick and efficient.”

“This was my first experience with Bob Books and I was thrilled with the overall process. Once I had decided to try the company out, I had downloaded the programme within a few short minutes, which I used to design my book. The programme was easy to navigate around from the start and allowed me to make changes as I went along. Once I'd placed my order, I received instant notification via email and then eagerly awaited my book's arrival. I didn't have to wait long at all. The book arrived very promptly and well packaged, maintaining a high quality of print and paper throughout. I couldn't fault the service at any point and will definitely recommend the company to others!”

“The quality if the final product was excellent. I chose lustre photographic paper so I could have spreads across two pages, which looked great. I designed it with the downloadable software - it takes a little bit of getting used to, but overall I thought it was good. Am very pleased with the book and intend to make more. Others have been very impressed too and also plan to use bobbooks.”
