“Wonderful books. Love that I can spread images across both pages. Only negative I would say is that I have three blank pages at the end of my book which I was unable to delete. I guess you have to print so many pages though.”

“Outstanding quality. Easy to use software. Fast delivery. Fair prices given the quality. Only suggestion I would have is making it clearer in the software whether you are ordering a lay flat book or not. Two styles have very similar names and one is lay flat, the other isn't.”

“Very good experience with Bob Books. The issue with photos being too dark seems to have been resolved, so am happy. Album made quickly and sent quickly - an all round 10 out of 10 for this project. Well done!!”

“Bobs Books offer excellent quality products. I generally use the "large square (30cm x 30cm) lustre photographic" finish, which gives very good detail and colour rendition on thick durable photo paper, offering good resistance to fingerprints. It also enables a flat double page spread, wonderful for landscapes. Their tools give limitless options on size and layout of photos and text, or coloured borders and backgrounds. I have used the highest quality gloss photo paper, which is excellent for detail but is sensitive to fingerprints and light reflection. It is wonderful for calendars. My only negatives would be the high prices (although they are very good quality) and the poor web preview images. Surely nobody would pick a book from this poor quality preview and pointless to show friends or family.”

“An excellent reliable service my business has been using for 5 years without considering looking elsewhere, customer care is very quick to respond and always polite and helpful. The books using photo pages look absolutely stunning and the quality matches single images printed by professional labs. A great product and service my business will be happy to continue using and promote. Decent packaging & quick delivery rounds off a pleasant user experience. The single tiny drawback and probably out of Bob Books hands are the software update which installs without deleting previous versions. Something that I think the software designers should consider.”

“This is the second time I have used bob books & their service has been excellent both times. Our book did not arrive as scheduled, and when I contacted bob books they were most helpful in providing a solution (as it turned out, our postal service was the cause of the delay). The book quality is very high, which is why we continue to use bob books despite living in Australia.”

“The software's not quite as precise as I'd like (i.e. allowing you to precisely line up pictures - their 'snap' feature is very limited) but otherwise Bob Books are great. We've printed 2 huge books in their photographic paper for our wedding photos and they look amazing. Truly high quality print and lovely people to speak to if you have any questions. Would highly recommend.”

“Excellent service. I have used Bob Books design service, which I have found to be great value for money. It takes away a lot of the hassle of designing your own book and when you want to make changes there is no problem with that at all. It took us 3 revisions before we had it nailed. I bought a lie flat wedding book, which was printed very well, excellent paper and quality. Very happy overall.”
