“Used the online creator but prefer the downloaded version as it has more features”

“i have been using Bob Books for nearly seven years and have had very good experiences with every book I have made. One thing I particularly like is the constant improvement in the programme, making it ever more user-friendly and efficient. The books arrive quickly once they have been uploaded and paid for, and the quality is excellent. I have also had good service when i needed to contact Bob Books directly.”

“I produced three books of our recent trip to Argentina. The program was vey easy to use with straightforward instructions. The books are beautifully printed and look very professional. I am delighted with them and will certainly use Bob Books again.”

“With the digital age there are so many competitors out there now, however, none are no where near the superior quality that Bobbooks provides. The covers, the pages, the color, the service, the speed at which they complete the books - all impressive. And I order from Canada! I will never use another company. There's always a promo, the software is so easy to use, the upload is quick and painless and the payment process is super simple. “I absolutely love my Bobs Books photobook. The free to download software was easy to use, both to layout the pages and to edit photographs. The book itself arrived quickly, well packaged and looks amazing. I would certainly use them again and would recommend them to anyone.”

“The final product has been much admired. The pages are of thick, heavy quality paper and the photos have been well reproduced. The book arrived very quickly and Customer Services were extremely helpful in changing the address for delivery even after the pack had been dispatched. I particularly liked the ease of sending a link to the online album to multiple recipients and the facility to keep the book private so that just friends and relatives can see it. This was the first photo album I've made and I did find the software difficult at first but no doubt younger customers would have no problem with this. Once I got the hang of it, it was relatively easy. All in all, we are thrilled with the album and the experience.”

“This was the second time I have ordered a photo book from Bob's books. The process is easy with a good choice of different layouts and options for number of pages. The book was completed and posted out very quickly. The only criticism I have of this book compared to the last one I ordered was that some of the photos came out on the dark side and not as they looked on my home computer.”

“Takes a long time to prepare, but the end result is always worth the effort. After producing several books I am still learning, as Bob Books are evolving the product all the time, and new features become available. I like the idea of getting points each time you make a book to use against future orders. Rewards loyalty, which is a nice touch.”

“I was delighted with the photo book that we printed with Bob Books, the software works very well, with scope for either making it quickly using preset pages, or going to town and customising each page to your hearts content. I'm always a little worried about spending lots of money (we put 90 pages in) before seeing the quality of the prints (I'm a bit of a stickler for these things) , but I wasn't disappointed. The quality of the photos is excellent. I couldn't recommend Bob Books highly enough and will definitely use them again.”

“I have used various companies over the years for photo books and canvas prints etc with mixed success. That changed when a pro photographer friend suggested that I try Bob Books. I wanted to compile a good quality photo book which would show off my hi res photos. After spending some time using the software provided, I was ready to complete the order. I had included some panoramic shots that would test print quality as they would cover two pages. The book arrived within a few days and I was really happy with the results. The print quality was of a high standard. The colour and exposure matched the original ( I use a calibrated monitor). I have also ordered canvas prints in the past and have been very happy with the results. They are not the cheapest, but you will get a reliable service that shows off your images that you will be happy with.”

“I have used BOB Books many times now and am always delighted with both the quality and speed of printing. I have books to treasure and keep and spend happy hours browsing through them. They are not the cheapest but are well worth the money. I have also found customer services to be extremely kind and helpful. I would wholeheartedly recommend Bob books.”

“I have been using bob books for a very long time. I've done everything from travel books to a wedding album and I've never been disappointed. They are easy to work with and I had an item go missing one time and they responded right away and were very helpful. I will always use this company and more so not that they offer points!! Very happy with them.”

“I have created a no. of photobooks with Bob books and am very impressed with the Quality I have used different paper quilities and they are always good. I also find that Bob books is very easy to use and am impreesed with how quickly photos are transfered also how easy it is to mapiulate them once in the book. I have tried a couple other photo books mainly because they have offered a cheaper service however I have been very disappointed with these and both times went back to using Bob Books where I shall stay Karen”
