Bob Books really let me down after reading some decent reviews. I tried to use their design service which was extremely slow, the minor amendments took about 4 days and they would make no attempt to speed it up even when I told them it was urgent. They don't seem to actually care whether you get your photobook on time or not. The customer service people are friendly but useless, not one of them passed on a message to the design team. The customer service number is also extremely expensive to call. I'm not normally one to complain but Bob Books seriously let me down, and I'd recommend anyone to use Snapfish or Photobox who are much for reliable.
