“Easy to use and design your own book, lots of options on layout etc. Quick delivery. Tad expensive compared to some other companies but better quality. However the book I ordered six years ago of my family safari in Africa was of a superior quality to the wedding books I ordered this year. I would use you in the future though”

“Don't be fooled by cheap prices elsewhere. If you want high quality products and dedicated, caring customer service go with Bob Books every time. “Have just received my calendars, 2 slim and 1 A4 and delighted with the quality of both the paper and printing. Software was relatively easy to use (I am an OAP still with L plates on), my photos that I uploaded were of excellent quality (20megapixel) and this was replicated in colour and quality. Top marks Bobs Books and thank you.”

“I have now used Bob Books to create 17 photo books including my wedding book. The software is easy to use and end results are always amazing quality. The company only release items when they are 100% happy with them. The books are well packaged to prevent any damage during delivery and I have always received mine within the stated delivery time.”

I've not found anyone else who offers so much freedom of design and the flat opening books on photographic paper look superb. “Generally I have had very good customer service from Bobs Book and have made many photo books since I first started using Bobs Books in 2009 and have been very happy the service and softwear. However, at the start of 2014 I have been using an Apple MacBook Pro instead of a Microsoft system. I have made 4 large format hardback photos books since purchasing the Macbook in February. The first 2 books the system crashed a lot ( around Feb 14). The second 2 books (October 14) the system was nearly unusable. I phoned customer service who were not very helpful on this matter - did I have too many apps open, were my files too big type of thing, since I have made many books I knew this was not the issue. I found somewhere in 'preferences or general' where I could tick a box to reduce crashing, this made the system far more stable, I still needed to virtually save each page in case the system crashed, better but by no means fixed. It would have saved some frustration if the CS person had pointed out the tick book to reduce crashing. I have no idea if the issue still exists until I make the next book, I certainly hope so, as a constantly crashing system is very frustrating. CS told me there were no issues with Apple OS so I am none the wiser, bearing in mind I am using a new late model Macbook Pro.”

“I love how simple bob books is to use and the number of customizations available. I tend to make very large books and love that I can do that with bob books and the quality is good as well. A bit expensive but I suppose you get what you pay for.”

“I have ordered a number of books and they always arrive within a week and never disappoint. I have only had one issue with the software (it was my fault) but the assistance I received was exceptional. Not the cheapest on the market, but if you are going to take the time and effort to capture your memories don't you deserve the best?”

“It is reasonably straightforward to produce great-looking photo books. The program is quite intuitive and effective. The results are excellent, producing crisp images which are well-saturated in the correct colour and bound carefully in an excellent book. You have to be very careful when writing text though since it is easy to fail to see errors even after many checks. Ordering is efficient and easy, although I would like to see the opportunity of using more than one voucher code when ordering. Sometimes we've had the issue of pages getting stuck together but the company has reprinted the album. All in all we shall continue to use Bobs Books as we think it is the best around.”
