“Excellent quality books, and the software is easy to use. Sadly doesn't support multiple Aperture libraries as a photo source, but considering even Apple doesn't support Aperture anymore, I can't blame Bob Books for that At least it still works with the main library!”

“I keep returning to Bob Books to put together photographic records of my grand children's first years precisely because it's easy to use. There are sufficient tools for me to manipulate a 'story' line, enough choices and with helpful backup. Ordering the books is straight forward, and publishing is prompt, the finish is pleasing providing the original photos have quality.”

“I have always had a good service from Bob's books. This time I had requested delivery to a neighbour's address as we were going on holiday. 2 days after the confirmed delivery date I received an email saying that to ensure I was 100% satisfied my book was going to be reprinted. When I arrived home, my neighbour had received 2 parcels of my book. They appear to be exactly the same, so I am slightly confused as to why I have got 2 copies.”

I’ve checked with our customer care team and they have confirmed unfortunately, our lab had not received a notification confirming that your book had arrived. As a precaution, the printer’s had issued a reprint in case the original book had not arrived, which is why you received two copies. Kind Regards, Bob Books

“Easy to use online tool with great results. Best of all was the quality of print colour which was true to original pictures. When the book arrived I was very happy. Will deffo use again.”

“Easy to use software, clear instructions and a quality end product. I use Bob Books for the above reasons, but mainly because the colour matching - the finished product matches what I see on my screen, have used other companies but their colours don’t match my screen.”

“I have been producing large portrait photo books of our travels since 2014. I just received my photo books from our Cambodia and Vietnam trip, and they're gorgeous. Everyone comments on the beautiful quality of the product; they make stunning coffee table books. I live in the United States and have recommended Bob Books on many occasions. I didn't need the readily available chat staff this time, but I have always been impressed by their accessibility and eagerness to please. Bob Books is the best!!”

“I've produced four children's books printed by bob books, the programme is easy to use and the water colour illustrations were reproduced perfectly with excellent colours. The back up service is very good too, any enquiries by email are replied to very quickly. An excellent service all round.”
