“It took me a long time to get the hang of this, and it wasn’t without its problems. For example, two images kept disappearing even though I had saved them. However, the help I received was good and in the end I was pleased with the finished product. I will use BobBooks again and I feel confident that I will have learned from the initial experience. I hope this time it won’t take quite so long!”

Dear Elizabeth, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I have checked with our customer care team and they believe that the two images that you were looking to place were corrupt files, which is why they continued to disappear even after they had been saved. I believe they gave you an option to fix these, which hopefully worked for you. As a suggestion, you may want to try our desktop software for your next book as it will give you more flexibility with the design and you should not have any network issues. Kind Regards, Bob Books

“Beautifully finished product and a great way to preserve digital images in a physical format. Used their matte paper on my most recent book, which was a photo portfolio keepsake, and love the texture / feel it gave the images.”

“I have made many photo books with Bob Books over the years and have always been very happy with the process and the result The software is easy to use and I like that it is so flexible so I can design the pages just as I want. Support has always been very good whenever I have needed help. It's easy to get through to a real person and email enquiries get a quick response. I would not use any other photo book company.”

“Very easy to use software that can produce some great results. I've done a couple of wedding albums, both of which have been really liked by the recipients. The printing and finish of the product has been first class and prices are very reasonable for such quality. Orders have been processed quickly and delivered promptly.”
