“Overall I am very happy with the service, the book quality is very high which is the main thing! Using the software was a little bit complicated but it was stable (ie it didn't crash) and the final upload worked perfectly. The book came out exactly as I had designed it. It also worked fine with Apple Photos. There were very many templates to choose from. Will definitely use again!”

“I am beyond delighted with my book! The quality is fantastic, the creation was easy once I got the hang of it, and the printing and delivery were super quick. During the creation (I used the webpage version, not the downloadable programme) the digital images didn't look that crisp, however, they have printed perfectly. I ordered the large square lay-flat with lustre finish. It's superb.”

“It took me a long time to get the hang of this, and it wasn’t without its problems. For example, two images kept disappearing even though I had saved them. However, the help I received was good and in the end I was pleased with the finished product. I will use BobBooks again and I feel confident that I will have learned from the initial experience. I hope this time it won’t take quite so long!”

Dear Elizabeth, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I have checked with our customer care team and they believe that the two images that you were looking to place were corrupt files, which is why they continued to disappear even after they had been saved. I believe they gave you an option to fix these, which hopefully worked for you. As a suggestion, you may want to try our desktop software for your next book as it will give you more flexibility with the design and you should not have any network issues. Kind Regards, Bob Books
