“High quality books, easy to arrange photos, have used for a few years and always happy”

“Have just completed my sixth book with Bob Books and I guess that says it all. The quality is consistently very high: usually exceeds my expectations. The printing and paper are top notch and I love being able to customise the layouts. The packaging with fat corner protectors ensures no damage. Turnround is just over a week. For info I always have used lustre with landscape lay-flat binding. I haven't looked at another book publishing site since my initial research and my 7th is currently in production. Nothing to do with the product itself but it would be really nice if somehow the published books could be viewed a bit larger when I send the link to friends who live too far away to see the real thing :-)”

“I have limited experience of creating a photo book but the Bob software program was clear and straightforward and there was plenty of help from the Bob website. The program has a large amount of functionality but I used only a small part and was very happy with the result. The book was printed and delivered within the timescale quoted and arrived well packaged and free of any damage. The reproduction of my photograghs was clear and sharp and with strong vibrant but realistic colours. The book was printed in Germany - why can't we do it!!”

“This was my first use of Bob Books and their software. After some initial playing around I found the software relatively straightforward to use and was very pleased with the on-screen results. The ordered hardback book exceeded my expectations - the photos were fantastic and I was delighted with the overall presentation. I had chosen classic paper and this was of super quality. I will definitely use them again.”

“I did not find the site terribly user-friendly. Eventually went for the design service but it was very frustrating not being able to speak to anyone and really delayed the process. Admittedly, I did make quite a few changes which meant it took a lot longer than I wanted but I had issues with the website which took far too long to resolve as I could not speak to anyone!! I could not ring up and approve the final layout and pay!!! When it did arrive I was pleased with it but probably would not use it again due to the problems I had.”

Unfortunately the design service doesn't not have phone support. This is why we rang you from the head office to talk you through placing your order.
