“I have been using Bob Books for more than 5 years now, and wouldn't use anyone else. The tools for creating a photobook are easy to use, the quality of the printing is superb, and then there is really good care and attention to how the book is packed, posted and delivered. What more could you want? I personally always go for the lustre photographic hardback book because with the flat 'gutter' in the middle, the pages lie flat and any photographs going across the double page spread are shown off to best advantage. Keep going Bob Books!”

“My first book was in memory of my father. I didn't know how it would turn out but when Dad died he left hundreds of photos and it was cathartic to assemble them into his life story. I was thrilled with the book when it arrived and I ordered extra copies for other members of the family. Since then I have compiled many books of our holidays, including a tour and safari in South Africa. Each one is special and is a brilliant way to show of holiday snaps. The program is easy to use, the quality of the product is excellent and I regularly recommend Bobs Books to friends.”

“I am fairly computer savvy, but I found the software hard to use. Little was instinctive, and Help info was poor if available. I emailed several questions; all the answers were the wrong ones, that is, unhelpful, and at odds with the answers I found on the internet from other sources. The inability to load pdf files was surprising and very inconvenient. I found posts on the internet saying it was possible, and you need to make sure they are contradicted. Or, better still, you need to make it possible to load pdf and other file formats. The books were disappointing. They were not layflat, and you tell me now we should have requested a different paper to get them layflat, but this too was not obvious in the ordering process. Also ours books look like those on videos we've seen, the spine looks like layflat, but certainly our books do not do so. The cover was very stark, and there was some unexpected cropping. You have told us how to overcome the problems we faced, but I don't really understand what you are saying. I have seen books from other suppliers that look so much nicer. You did offer to refund if we sent you the books, but we needed them right first time, and have already presented them as presents, with apologies for quality.”

“Easy to use, templates offer a lot of flexibility, very good finish quality. Takes a bit of time to send off the finish product but worth the effort. The only things I would like is to be able to add some more pages (maybe an extra 8) to the large square lustre paper album and to be able to use more than one voucher at a time.”

“In the past I have used other companies to produce photobooks for me, but I shopped around because I wasn't happy with the quality. Then I was introduced to Bob's Books and the quality is far superior to that of others in the market. The books really do my photos justice and are perfect for a professional finish. Not only this, but their service has always been outstanding. I would recommend Bob's Books to everybody looking to invest in high quality photo products.”

“I have ordered a variety of products, calendars , wall art, both canvas and gallery mount, books of various standards, soft back, hardback lay flat in various paper qualities, all have exceeded my initial expectations, I now expect only the best and i am never disappointed. My orders have been for myself and or friends and family , weddings christenings birthdays, holiday, and the final product is always of an exceptional quality. Service is alway excellent with products being delivered within the week from uploading. The application is very user friendly and intuitive to use. Bobbooks offers regular discount and a loyalty scheme which are both nice to receive.”
