“Positioning text boxes can quite tricky. Would be good to have reminders if you miss something - eg I forgot to put a picture on the back cover last time.”

“Brilliant! Ryan and others very helpful in the office to get me started. Parents all pleased with end product for both cost and quality. Photos looked as good in the book as on screen. Excellent service!”

“I found it really easy to create my first printed album in Bob's Books. It was great to be able to select the photos and to re-size and position them just how I wanted. I used the templates because they made the whole exercise so simple. Well done Bob!”

“Bobs books was one of the easiest software I have used to make a lovely photo book. Brilliant quality but most importantly it was really user friendly to make. Thank you Bobs Books!”

“We were very pleased with the quality of the wedding photo album we were able to create with Bob Books. We ended up giving a copy to my parents and we are planning on ordering a couple more albums.”

“I have created wonderful memories using Bob Books. The format is very easy to use and the service is extremely quick. Being able to change the size of the book helps to create a different type of book to reflect the content.”

“I found this process very clear and once I got going, easy to use. I have never done anything like this before on a computer and wondered if my IT skills were up to it but I was pleasantly surprised. I would definitely use them again.”

“Simple to use the on-line templates and very pleased with the number of options available. Delivery problems reponsible for missing the top rating but absolutely delighted with the album - exceptional value for money. Friends and relatives amazed at the quality!”

“I've used Bobbooks for many years now and have always been satisfied. However, this time something went wrong and the book received didn't look like what I ordered. When I told Bobbooks about this, they investigated (without a prompt from me) and the end result is that today I received a new book (correct this time) at no cost. I'm really happy about this.”

“Bob Books have made all my photobooks over quite a few years now. Instead of hard copy photos or digital files, I made photobooks and now have 43 lining my bookshelf of every holiday that I've ever been on and I make photobooks which I call 'Family and Friends' for all the photos that I take during the year. My photobooks are a record of my life, and I've had the pleasure of showing them to many, many people. In an age where everything is digital and quite likely will get lost between phones, tablets, laptops, photobooks last forever and can be passed down. Bob books produce the finest quality books. The printing and quality of product is faultless - I think I've only had one book where the spine suffered a bit and this was immediately replaced without any quibble. I have recommended Bob Books to many friends over the years and told them how easy it is to make a book. The software has advanced, more layouts on pages, but it's easy to use. The book arrives very quickly and email correspondence has always been good. This is a company you can use with confidence. I hope it'll also be a company who'll outlive me, so that I can continue making my photobooks, lining the books up on my shelf and feeling proud about my life.”

“The process of putting together the books is very easy and Bobs Books is now my website of choice as I regularly put together leaving books for children. However, I would very much value the option of being able to send the link to the year group (40 parents) without having to make the book public. A few parents have asked me to convert the book back to private as soon as it has been viewed (for child protection purposes) so this ability to send the link to more than 10 people would be very much appreciated.”

Hello Monica, Thank you so much for taking the time to send us your feedback. I'm pleased to hear that your book is proving popular, and understand your need to keep it private. In order to be able to send a private book to more than 10 people, what you need to do is send it privately to yourself. Then when you receive the Url, you can share this with as many people as you like. Please note the link will only work for about 10 days, and then after that you will need to apply for a new link. I hope you find this suggestion helpful. Please let me know if you need anything else. Kind regards, Bob Books

“For speed of service, value for money and quality of product, Bob Books is difficult if not impossible to beat. I have now produced nineteen photobooks through Bob Books, and have never been disappointed with the final product.”

“The quality of Bob Books is generally excellent. I have made about 7 albums using Bob Books and have always been happy with the finished product. It would be nice if they offered different covers - e.g. plain leather covers. Sometimes I have had to wait a while for delivery but otherwise very good.”
