“I've used Bobbooks for many years now and have always been satisfied. However, this time something went wrong and the book received didn't look like what I ordered. When I told Bobbooks about this, they investigated (without a prompt from me) and the end result is that today I received a new book (correct this time) at no cost. I'm really happy about this.”

“Bob Books have made all my photobooks over quite a few years now. Instead of hard copy photos or digital files, I made photobooks and now have 43 lining my bookshelf of every holiday that I've ever been on and I make photobooks which I call 'Family and Friends' for all the photos that I take during the year. My photobooks are a record of my life, and I've had the pleasure of showing them to many, many people. In an age where everything is digital and quite likely will get lost between phones, tablets, laptops, photobooks last forever and can be passed down. Bob books produce the finest quality books. The printing and quality of product is faultless - I think I've only had one book where the spine suffered a bit and this was immediately replaced without any quibble. I have recommended Bob Books to many friends over the years and told them how easy it is to make a book. The software has advanced, more layouts on pages, but it's easy to use. The book arrives very quickly and email correspondence has always been good. This is a company you can use with confidence. I hope it'll also be a company who'll outlive me, so that I can continue making my photobooks, lining the books up on my shelf and feeling proud about my life.”

“The process of putting together the books is very easy and Bobs Books is now my website of choice as I regularly put together leaving books for children. However, I would very much value the option of being able to send the link to the year group (40 parents) without having to make the book public. A few parents have asked me to convert the book back to private as soon as it has been viewed (for child protection purposes) so this ability to send the link to more than 10 people would be very much appreciated.”

In order to be able to send a private book to more than 10 people, what you need to do is send it privately to yourself. Then when you receive the Url, you can share this with as many people as you like. Please note the link will only work for about 10 days, and then after that you will need to apply for a new link. “The quality of Bob Books is generally excellent. I have made about 7 albums using Bob Books and have always been happy with the finished product. It would be nice if they offered different covers - e.g. plain leather covers. Sometimes I have had to wait a while for delivery but otherwise very good.”

“Absolutely delighted with quality of photobook, excellent packaging and speedy delivery. I had been looking for an alternative to Snapfish, who are now sadly providing substandard books and customer service. “I've been using Bob Books for a while now. I have done about 6/7 photo books. I have been delighted with the whole service. The software is easy to use, but allows creativity. What is top of my importance list is 1) quality 2) Consistency. This were the company excel. I am a very keen photographer, and although I don't sell my books (why spoil a wonderful hobby) the quality would allow me to do so. I love the service and don't need to look for any other.”

“I always enjoy making a Bobs Book of my holiday. The program is easy to use and provides useful templates as well as allowing for individual creativity. More pages can be added as you go and the quality is excellent. I look forward to trying the Bobs Book app on my tablet during my next holiday.”

“Ordered two different sizes of the square photo books, the quality of the print and the binding of the books is excellent. Had a small problem with the spacing of the images on the cover of one of the books, however it was reprinted at no extra cost. Gina from Customer Care was really helpful whilst resolving the problem - thank you.”

“Delighted with the quality of the printing of my Bobbook, the colours are perfect. The Classic paper I chose had a lovely feel to it. The software is really easy to use even for people not used to computers. The service from Bobbooks is efficient and I received my book very promptly and it was well wrapped.”
