“Great quality of paper and print, exactly matches my requirements. Easy to use software for great page layouts that can be customised easily. The option for logo free books is also excellent. Customer service is quick and a book that was damaged in transit was replaced free of charge very promptly without any problems.”

“Very good and very flexible but takes a while to understand how best to use the features. The ability to move a whole page (not a double page) to include pictures AND text to another blank page would be useful, as would the ability to copy & paste a picture together with its related text to a different position, rather than having to do this in two separate operations. The ability to access Special Characters would be helpful and it would also be useful to be able to very easily show a page in actual size. However, these are 'nice to have' features and a very good result can be achieved without them. Strongly recommended for holiday pictures and for family albums.”

Hello Robert, Thank you so much for taking the time to send us your feedback. You can move just one page in the book with a work around. First right click on the spread and then select add a page to the left or right depending on which page you want to move. When you have a spread that you want to move that contains one blank page and the page with image and text you want to move, then you can move the spread. Then delete the extra blank page when the move is finished. I hope you find this suggestion helpful. Please let me know if you need anything else. Kind regards,

“I have done several Bob Books & been extremely happy with the content & speed with which they are produced. I was especially pleased my most recent book of our African Safari. It will provide long lasting memories for us & is also an excellent way of sharing our experience with friends & relatives. I have already recommended the service to other people in my family. When choosing the layout is it possible for there to be round or oval frames?”

It is possible to add an image mask over your photos so they appear in round or oval shapes, and you can also add frames as well. These are available in the software and you can find them in the Mask and Frames tab on the left hand control panel. I hope you find this suggestion helpful.
