“Delighted with the quality of the printing of my Bobbook, the colours are perfect. The Classic paper I chose had a lovely feel to it. The software is really easy to use even for people not used to computers. The service from Bobbooks is efficient and I received my book very promptly and it was well wrapped.”

“I am over there moon with my book......even for a technoidiot like me the software is very easy to use. Quality great......service superb...finished product awesome. Just one comment I managed to get my front cover content on the back cover...durr ! maybe for souls like me you could clearly mark them FRONT and BACK”

“It is easy to upload your photographs into the book and the quality warnings and checks ensure that your photographs will print correctly. The product is very good quality and delivery is quick. I have been delighted with all of my books, which have looked fabulous and been well-packaged on arrival. I have recommended Bob Books to family and friends - it is not the cheapest option available but you pay for what you get.”

“I find the Bobbooks softwear easy to use but there are still a few improvements which could be made to improve it even further. Sending the book through the internet has become a good deal faster for me now which is good.”

“Well presented books, good quality printing the actual production of putting together the books is good and easy to use, but some of the other features of the site are difficult to use and understand and the terminology used not clear”

“I've been a Bobs Book fan for years. I tried other services e.g. Photobox (?) because they do a 24-48hrs delivery but the quality was awful in comparison! Bobs isn't the cheapest but it's definitely the best I've found. The software could be better, in terms of layout options but otherwise no complaints.”

“I find quite a few issues with the Bobs Book programme: 1 Having templates already on the pages a nuisance as I have to delete each page first 2 The layouts tab defaults to 2 images overlapping - again a pain as I have to go to 'all' every-time to get a selection 3 The programme regularly crashes (on a Mac and PC - both updated equipment)”

Hello Gillian, Thank you for taking the time to send us your feedback. In regards to your queries you can apply blank layouts to all your pages. You just select 0 photos per page – or if you have a preferred layout you would like to apply to all you pages. Then select the "Add layout to all interior pages" button. We have a help video to help with creating and apply custom layouts to your book: http://www.bobbooks.co.uk/ask-bob/help/how-do-i-create-layouts-using-bob-designer The page layouts is set to 2 images overlapping, this is something that we are looking into changing. In regards to your software crashing, this should not be happening and our customer care team should be able to assist you with this problem. I have sent a request that they contact you about this and hopefully this can resolved as soon as possible. “The software is easy to use with lots of customisable features for album designing, plenty of options for album finishes but would love to have an option to purchase an album box for more presentation needs for clients.”

“High quality result .BOB produced a book which I could not have made in any other way. Software easily downloaded. Software fairly easy to use, once I got used to it . I had great difficulty with the spine of the book, but eventually coped. Quick ,clear, responses from your HELP team . Delivery was efficient and packaging was very good. I will definitely use the service again .”

“My book went missing in the mail, but I was sent a free replacement, which I was very pleased about. The book is generally really good quality, but a few pictures are very blurry, which wasn't apparent when I was dropping in the photos on the website. It would be better to be able to have an accurate review of what the book will look like for photo quality so you can select alternatives if a particular photo won't look good in the book.”

“I used Bob@s Books Photo Editor. It was quite straightforward and reasonably quick to include my pictures. The photo book arrived in very reasonable time and we were very pleased with the result. It was for a present and the recipients were thrilled.”

“We have been using Bobbooks since seeing the product at a travel show around 2006 and first tried them when we realised we had filled our bookcase with photo albums of prints which are very bulky. Since then we have never looked back and now have over 30 Bobbooks which contains a lot more pictures yet take up less space! The quality of the binding, printing and the amazing flexibility of the layout is superior to other photo books we have seen and the product keeps improving. We have recommended Bobbooks to several friends who have also been impressed.”
