“I was very pleased with my photo book. My book was designed by you and I found this service massively helpful. However, the design style I opted for was Reportage - no borders. When I got my first proof there were a couple of pages where very thin white borders were visible - I commented on it and asked if this was only visible in the electronic version, but would be invisible in the printed version. I didn't get a response so I assumed this was the case. I was disappointed to find that when I received the book these uneven, sporadic white borders were still visible. It is only on a few pages, but it does make the album look poorly completed as it is clear that the white borders aren't meant to be there. I would use you again, but I would either be reluctant to use your design service again, or I would be extremely pernickety about getting a response to all my queries and not just assume that you've taken what I've said on board. I do however feel that this is something that should have been picked up by your designers when following the design style selected.”

“I have recently made two large format photobooks, one with Bob Books and one with another company. The quality of Bob books is far and away the best I've ever seen. The photographic reproduction is superb and I have been proud to give it to the recipient. In my view there isn't another company that comes close, and I've tried quite a few over the years.”

I needed the books quickly, so I paid a very reasonable premium for an expedited service and delivery. The books arrived on time, safe and secure. The quality of the product was very, very good”

“I have now used Bob books to make 4 different photo books and am about to start a 5th. The software is incredibly easy to use and the paper quality is unbeatable. “we have been using bobs books for a number of years now and have always been very pleased with the product and punctuality . We would like to see the inclusion of perhaps deleting of pics being made possible using the delete key instead of having to click the task bar and the inclusion of rulers would be fantastic. Thanks”

“Great quality, fast delivery and easy to use website. Very professional service overall. Only minor issue I had is some of my pages stuck together when i opened them for the first time, which ripped some of the print in the corners, apart from this I would give nearly a 10/10 for Bobbooks.”

“I cannot rate Bob Books highly enough. The software is easy to use, the quality is extremely good, the speed is incredibly fast, and in general they are very good value for money. I'm often praising them to friends - really if my mum can use it, then anyone can! I've been using them for 8 years now, and I will continue to for a long time yet, as the whole process just gets better and better. Well done Bob! You're amazing!”

“Having never used any of the many online photo album book makers before I could only go on other people's and organisations reviews to guide me. As a result I chose Bob Books, and I cannot praise them enough! The software was simple to download and very easy to use. For me there were masses of options - format, size, material, font, layout, etc. The ordering process was easy and the delivery quick. My Book was very well packed and the finished product was superb. There maybe cheaper options out there, but for me I will look no further than Bob Books for my future albums.”
