Shocking customer experience! Chased for two days to get a status response on my order, during which the oblivious customer service team put the phone down on me, only to finally be told that my order would be over a week late. I was even willing to pay overnight shipping costs, however, a complete lack of flexibility or 'customer first' attitude left me frustrated and gift-less at Christmas!
