“Bob's Books are one of the most customer focused companies I deal with - starting with the excellent book design software through to producing and delivering the final product, the whole process is simple and intuitive. We no longer make albums from our trips, we just use our pictures to make photobooks and calendars. I thoroughly recommend Bob's Books.”

“Despite increasing the brightness in the software the images in the book are always darker than ideal. This is on the standard paper so might be better if using photographic photo. That's the only negatitive as the quality of the book and image detail is excellent as this is responsiveness of the service”

“After about 15 minutes, one could find one's way around the software, and thereafter it was all pretty straightforward, particularly if one took the trouble to put all the images in one special Folder before commencing the project. The level of Help available to the user was impressive. The finished delivered product was extremely well produced and of good quality paper, even though I chose the basic hardback edition. It was also very well packed for postage and arrived without the slightest damage.”

“Someone recommend Bobs Books to me & I would certainly recommend to others as the quality was really good. Website & book creator software really easy to understand & use. Went for the presentation case as well which finishes off the book really well, nice touch. Very pleased with the end result, would definitely use again”

“Easy to use. The only thing that annoys me is trying place text where I want it .I find I have to alter picture size to put on page. Maybe it's me!”

“I like the fact that I can create my own page template that I can use on each of my pages. This gives conformity throughout the whole book. The drag and drop feature for the pictures is very helpful, plus the fact that the red/green spot indicates the quality the image will be when printed. Adding extra pages is possible when creating the book and what is more important it tells you the extra cost.”

“The photobook that I created with Bobs Books is fantastic. I am really pleased with how it looks, and it was great fun to make. Once I had used the online design tool, the production was really speedy and I received my book very quickly. It was packaged well, and I am thrilled with the result. I shall be using Bobs Books again, and highly recommend them.”

“Shocking customer experience! Chased for two days to get a status response on my order, during which the oblivious customer service team put the phone down on me, only to finally be told that my order would be over a week late. I was even willing to pay overnight shipping costs, however, a complete lack of flexibility or 'customer first' attitude left me frustrated and gift-less at Christmas! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!”

We quality check all orders to ensure there is no disappointment when it is received, usually everything is fine and the order gets dispatched without an issue. “These books are a great way to remember special events or as a photo album. The programme is easy to use and the results are very professional. I give one to my grandchildren for their birthday each year to remind them of all the lovely and exciting things they do each year. Highly recommended!”

“Very good but there is a limit to how many pages you can have. I think it's 98. We wanted more and had to reduce the number of photos. It's expensive but we are please with the book. Next time hopefully you will expand to unlimited number of pages.”

“I have used other companies to produce phonebooks swayed by offers on pricing. I have then come back to BobBooks. The quality of the finished item is excellent: the colours are true and the paper quality is better than others. The software gives plenty of options for backgrounds and effects: more than I have ever found necessary to use. It's also easy to learn to use it. I did encounter a problem when I tried to use the option that allows you to build your book online: I suspect that my connection was not fast/reliable enough. I switched to downloading the software and uploading the finished book and this is fast and straightforward. The book was made and dispatched very quickly, well within the time stated on the website and it arrived shrink-wrapped and carefully packed with the corners given extra protection.”

“Such good quality books and high quality printing compared to mainstream websites. The software is really easy to use and gives lots of flexibility. I've made 5 books so far, the glue came away a little on the spine between the cover and the first page on the smaller hardback books but the lie flat large square lustre book is perfect. Very professional finish and high quality thick paper. As an aside, it would be good to know how they recommend cleaning pages if things get something spilt or sticky fingers as wiping with warm soapy water was not a good plan!”
