“I have created two books using Bob Books and love the quality and the way they open to be flat. I make them as a family photo album - to put all of the photos of my children in. The time it takes for them to be made and arrive is always fast. I definitely recommend Bobs Books! Thank you, I will be creating more in the future.”

“I used Bob Books previously for creating a wedding photo album and the quality and service I received then encouraged me to return for another wedding album. I was not disappointed. It is easy to upload photos to the site and lay the images out in a book. Delivery was quick and the quality of the book was excellent.”

“It was our first time using a photo book and I was a little apprehensive but it was so much easier than expected. There are so many ways to organise the pages and the text. It was also very useful to be able to zoom into the pictures whilst maintaining the quality.”

“Overall, very good and my go-to provider of photo books. Using the downloadable software works well and is mostly intuitive. The book came through quickly, quality was good, colour good. Two areas where the experience could work better - an automatic spell checker, and a facility to produce a pdf before finally committing to the order. The latter would enable a last check of image brightness which is the one aspect I find a bit hit and miss.”

“BobBooks were recommended by a friend. I had tried other companies who were OK but average. Some with good service, some with a good product. BobBooks did both of these. The whole process was easy and I had confidence that all would be well. I had been let down by other companies mainly on quality. Bobbooks surpassed my expectations.”

“I used Bob Books because Apple stopped doing their books. I downloaded Bob Designer as I found that gave me the ability to put pictures where I wanted them. I sometimes found it frustrating trying to get portrait and landscape pictures on the same page but think on the whole it works well. The finished book was excellent, we are very pleased with it.”

“I have noticed that the quality of the printing and the paper has been reduced slightly. That is a shame as the prices are not cheap compared to other competitors. I have been using BobBooks for a number of years, but this has made me wonder if there are other options out there better in terms of price/quality”

Additionally, there has not been any quality reduction in regards to the machinery and paper materials that we are using. “After the demise of apple photobooks I have been searching for an alternative and at last found one. The software that Bobs Books supplies is easy to use and exactly what's needs for a Mac user. The quality of the book, the speed of delivery, and the service were excellent. Im much happier with Bobs Books that the original apple product.”

“Good tools, good printing options and a good quality book received. My one negative was that customer support were unable to 'review' my book in any way before I placed my order, or even before it was printed. As I don't have a professionally calibrated monitor and it was my first print with this company (and paper type) I ended up with images which were probably a quarter of a stop darker than I would have liked. Not a huge deal, but it would seem like a good option to be able to have someone quickly confirm, or maybe a checkbox "Allow Bobbooks team to adjust exposure for optimal printing"”

“I have ordered 3 books from Bob Books over recent years and always experienced excellent service. The books are produced to a higher standard than I have experienced when ordering from other companies and have always arrived promptly and without any damage. A particular reason I have returned to Bob Books is the higher page count offered (up to 178 pages), which has worked well for photo year books. Bob Books are a little more expensive than some other companies, but overall I think worth the extra.”
