“I have completed some 30 no Bob Books and find the software easy to use and the finished product of very high quality. The software is very versatile and is capable of achieving many varying effects to the photographs. I am still learning how to apply some of these effects to full advantage and Bob Books is constantly improving them and adding more.”

“I was super please with the lay flat album which I ordered for a client, and my clients loved the album too. I shall need to make a beautiful sample for the future! The album arrived super quickly during peek Christmas season. My client loved her album too!”

“I made a book of our wedding photos for my wife as a Christmas gift and I was so happy with the quality when it arrived. She absolutely loved it. Went for the large landscape and the photos looked amazing. Only comment would be that black and white photos were showing as colour when they’re small on the website , only realised when I printed. Not a big problem though. Great product and better than other photo book sites which I’ve used in the past.”

“My grandparents loved the album that I designed for them, the quality is excellent all in all, the designer interface is easy to use and has a lot of useful tools integrated, and the production and shipping is quick. Great as a family gift or for your own collection; I will definitely be designing and ordering more albums from Bob Books.”

“I was able to create the Bob Book in InDesign which gave me all the freedom I wanted as I already knew that software well. When exported through the Bob Books format it unfortunately came out with some hairline white lines on five of the pages. These were not part of the design and they didn't exist using other output formats. Luckily the help team were able to clarify that this unusual blip in the system would not show on the printed book. Hopefully it can be ironed out. The finished book was superb (with no unwanted thin white lines) and it was very well received. It arrived perfectly on time.”

“Very good, prompt service and decent quality printing. But a few reservations: 1) It's apparently not possible to delete images from the image bank at the top of the screen. This means the bank can become over-full of images that you don't want/need. 2) If you add more than about 30 images to the image bank, they do not load unless you come out of the page and go back in again. This software needs upgrading. 3) In my book, there were very small gaps between some of the images that had been edited to sit next to each other. When editing, there were no gaps.”

I have checked with our customer care team regarding the removal of unused images and this is a feature that we are may be able to add to our online creator. You should be able to upload more than 30 photos to place in your book, the inability to do so could have been related to your connection speed or the file size of the image. The gaps in between some of the images should not have happened and we are happy to look into this further. “I found the application easy to use so designing my book was fun and easy. The ordering process was also smooth and the delivery was very quick. I'm very happy with the quality of my book - the cover is glossy and the pages are nice and thick with high resolution prints. I'd definitely recommend them.”
