“I have used Bob Books for personal greetings cards and two books. Reproduction and speed of completion/delivery are excellent. The software for producing a book is easy to use but for the card could be improved. This is the only reason that I have stopped short of giving scores of very good and 10. Recommended.”

“Customer service is excellent. I wasn't satisfied with the original print of my book (issues with colour and likeness to the original images). They did everything they could to get the problem sorted including a free return label. Sometimes communication was a little slow and one of my e-mails didn't get through as they can't accept images over a certain size. Despite all of this, we got the problem sorted and they sent me another print of my book (on different paper etc) and this is great. Quality product and service.”

These are memories of our adventures and trips to far away places and the quality of the books is exceptional. There is no better way to share ones photos of experiences with friends than with the professional quality of a Bob Book. The process is easy to master and the software is extremely user friendly - pop your creation off for printing via the Internet and within a few days the book arrives. I recommend this company to all my friends as the quality of the product, efficiency of delivery and customer care is excellent.”

“I was a first time user of Bobs Books. In fact any type of online book making ..and a bit of a Luddite at the age of 65... Today I saw the result and was totally blown away! Creating the book was so simple with their on line prompts. But what really amazed me was the quality of the finished article ... the beautiful wrapping and packaging ..every detail was perfect ... “Just outstanding. I took a month to put together a very moving and long overdue wedding album. I do layouts professionally but this would have taken me so much longer had the software not been so fantastic and easy to use. As for the speed of delivery, I had it in my hands, in a beautiful presentation box, within 48 hours and it is a stunning album. I am so, so impressed. Thank you. So much Bob's Books! Can't wait to do the next one!”
