“I have just received my holiday album from Bob Books and I'm absolutely delighted with it. Really high quality with a lovely finish. My only disappointment was that even though I ordered express delivery it took over 3 weeks to be delivered. It was over Christmas I suppose. Bob Books very kindly offered to send me another one as I thought it had been lost, but luckily it arrived before that was needed. Will definitely order from them again.”

I have had a look into your account and can see that the order was shipped out 3 working days after you ordered (21st of December). Unfortunately, international deliveries can be unpredictable, but it does seem that the Christmas break has added an extra few weeks onto the normal delivery time I would expect. Apologies for this. “Amazing quality! I chose to make our own wedding photo book using the double page spread luxury photo paper and what amazing result. Everyone was so impressed. Easy software to use and quickly delivery. I plan to order another book and prints.”

“The site was easy to navigate. The quality of the photos was very good despite most of them being over 30years old and having to scan them to upload. Lots of choice of books, backs and inner pages as well as background colours and frames. Staff were really helpful regarding my queries. Delivered as promised despite it being so close to the Christmas deadline. Thanks, l was able to create a great and much appreciated gift.”

“I have used Bob Books for my photo books for many years because of their consistent product quality and service. The classic photo book remains, in my opinion, the benchmark for the industry, whilst the photographic paper options and lay flat binding are great for special trips.”

“Great product, Great support! The book I order was lovely quality, very happy with it. Bought a slightly smaller size than I had wanted - semi confusing dropdown list in the application, but Bobs Books, took it back and refunded me with no issue - so I can reorder the larger version (plus some more books as I liked them so much).”

Our photographic papers are better quality that other photo books companies which is why we may seem slightly more expensive than them. “I have used Bob Books for personal greetings cards and two books. Reproduction and speed of completion/delivery are excellent. The software for producing a book is easy to use but for the card could be improved. This is the only reason that I have stopped short of giving scores of very good and 10. Recommended.”

“Customer service is excellent. I wasn't satisfied with the original print of my book (issues with colour and likeness to the original images). They did everything they could to get the problem sorted including a free return label. Sometimes communication was a little slow and one of my e-mails didn't get through as they can't accept images over a certain size. Despite all of this, we got the problem sorted and they sent me another print of my book (on different paper etc) and this is great. Quality product and service.”

“I have been a Bob Books customer for the past fifteen years and have over thirty of their products on my bookshelf. These are memories of our adventures and trips to far away places and the quality of the books is exceptional. There is no better way to share ones photos of experiences with friends than with the professional quality of a Bob Book. The process is easy to master and the software is extremely user friendly - pop your creation off for printing via the Internet and within a few days the book arrives. I recommend this company to all my friends as the quality of the product, efficiency of delivery and customer care is excellent.”
