My pictures had been taken with a very good (professional standard ) camera but some of them were grainy in the book. I did contact Bob books about this who came back immediately and asked me to return the book. I didn't do this as it would have entailed me correctly packaging the book etc etc and having to make a trip to our busy local post office. Book now sitting slightly unloved on our coffee table.... I probably wouldn't take the risk of having another book done as they are relatively expensive.
