“Bob Books is excellent. The software is good and simple to use, but enables you to make excellent designs, taking as long as you want. Once finished uploading is smooth and relatively fast. The finished books and calendars are beautiful. I use it for many clients.”

“I'm delighted with my second Bob Books album. When in trouble, I could e-mail or phone you for help, which is my main reason for using Bob Books. One minor quibble was that one person at the end of the phone spoke too fast for my elderly brain to follow - but as long as I persevered with getting an answer to my problem, eventually in slower speech, I was happy!”

“Excellent product and turnaround. Pricing not bad, and the quality is lovely, would love you to offer high end packaging for albums though.”

“I have been using Bob Books lay flat albums for Wedding photography and have found them excellent quality. Only once I had a problem which I contacted the help team this was swiftly dealt with and a new album was dispatched quickly. Not very many companies these days have such a pleasant and efficient team. I would have no problems in recommending them to others. Dai”

“I am a frequent user of Bob Books photobooks and as far as I am concerned they have no rivals. As usual they produced my recent photobook to the highest standard, and what is more, most promptly. I would not hesitate to recommend their services. Well done Bob.”

“Maybe a little pricey, but photobooks are great and definitely worth it. Customer service is prompt and helped me in 2 different issues, even stopping a order that (by the terms of service) wasn't possible to stop. I only tried 3 photobooks, but I will try other services whenever I'll need them. Suggested!”

“My husband normally uses Apple as he has a MAC, however we are so delighted with Bobs Books that we are only using Bob. I have recommended Bobs Books to everyone I meet and all our friends are amazed at the excellent quality even with the pics that I have taken on my phone have come out beautifully. We are currently working backwards to ensure that we have books for all trips that are just sitting on the computer.”

“I used Bob Books for several photo books and I am very satisfied with it. The software to assemble the book is very easy to use. The order processing is smooth and transparent. The quality of the print is excellent compared to the entry level book editors - even if sometimes colors may be oversaturaed when using certain backgrounds. No reason to look at other editors!”

“Generating the album on the website is simple and once complete it's easy to save and process the order. Upon order completion and payment authorisation, the book arrives within the week well packaged and protected so that there is no damage. The product quality is excellent. Have used them for our last six holidays and would definitely recommend them to friends.”
