This was my first experience with Bob Books. I was very disappointed with the book, but maybe some of my images were too contrasty. I have however had books from other suppliers in the past with far superior results. When I compiled the book it looked really good before I sent it "down the tube" , but the actual book was not truly much like it.
I am not saying that I will not use Bob again, but, if I do I will make sure my images lack biting contrast.
I do not require a 20% voucher.
