“The best photo books I have ever had made. The software was much easier than it looked and I found by letting it populate my book first I could then easily tweak and save myself hours. In fact after I had made my first family holiday book in one hour I decided to design 2 more. The quality of the glossy pages was better than we ever all imagined and the speedy service excellent. It is seldom the case that when you have a high level of expectation.... its exceeded but Bob Books did just that. I have tried 3 other companies before and these were by far the best products.”

“The tool is very easy to use and pretty intuitive. But the results are very professional. I made a facebook social book at the same time as my Bob Book and there is no comparison in quality - Bob books is far superior. In future I'll stick with Bob books - much better value for money and a much better product altogether.”

“A bit of understanding and co-operation would go a long way. By mistake, I had ordered 1 album instead of 2 and soon afterwards I called to ask to increase the order to 2 albums. But I was informed that your system would not allow this and that I would have to process another order for the 2nd album. I had to pay 2 postal charges, instead of one....I was not a very happy Customer”

“This was the third book that I have done and again found the system good to use, the team are very helpful if a problem occurrs. It would be great to have more 'clipart' other than that it is a company that I would be happy to recommend to others.”

“Only issue is with text.'the photo insertion is great, but text is more clunky. Photo quality is acceptable but loose some depth and lustre which is probably Normal for a factory production, but speed, site navigation etc is brilliant Best, Peter”

“I've used Bob's Books for four years now, generally once a year to create a personal album of photos taken on our annual holiday. Each time I come back to the software I find it intuitive and easy to use and the final outcome is excellent, all the pictures are clear and sharp, the binding is fantastic and those to whom we show the book cannot fail to be impressed. Bob's Books make an average holiday photographer look good!”

“This is the second time I have used Bob Books for a project. The first was a 70+ page book for a wedding anniversary and recently I produced a small booklet of images of a friend's wedding. I designed the layout via InDesign and the process is very easy and trouble free. If I had a suggestion to make things better it would be for a larger, easy to view 'proofing' stage within the production process, such that you can amend things and re-upload your artwork. Timing-wise everything happened in a few days, well before the stated deadline and the book was well packed for delivery.”

“The quaility of the Bob Books Lustre Photographic Harback book was exactly what I was looking for when it came to producing a final piece for my degree. Affordable prices, excellent customer service and support, I am very impressed by the company and will be using them again. However I will no be using the Bob Designer software again, as it is overly clunky and hard to use when it comes to adding large sections of text to the pages. I was also not so keen on the auto adjustments option.”

“This is our third book with Bob Books. Quality is excellent. I am getting to grips with the software. What would be brilliant is, when editing photos, to be able to remove a picture from the book and see it ready to be moved and to be able to only see the photos NOT in the book. Otherwise it is difficult to see what's already there and that means duplicates! Otherwise excellent and the books give much pleasure.”

“I had a wonderful first time experience with Bob Books writing a short story so not particularly a photograph book. Anyone wishing to write stories, travel blogs etc, this is a great way of releasing the 'author' in you. I was absolutely delighted with the outcome and the staff could not have been more helpful. Very prompt publish and delivery service. Overall 10/10. I have begun a travel book now and cannot wait to publish.”

“App takes a bit of getting used to my 2nd book a lot better than the first but the full pages pictures look great. Loading photos on a Mac a painful experience but it always is . Outcome looks great especially the big books”

“Having found an online comparison review of various companies making photos books, and saw that Bob Books came out highly recommended, I downloaded their software to design my own. I found the software easy to use, especially with the help of various tutorials available on their website, and when I emailed a question to the customer service team I received a prompt and helpful reply. The quality of the two photo books I designed and ordered was excellent, with the photos printed beautifully on lovely paper (I choose the 300gsm lustre photographic paper). There is no facility to place one order and ship to two different addresses, you have to make two separate orders. I didn't do this, and emailed them to ask for there to be two shipping addresses- they were very good at accommodating this request, and when the printers sent the two books to the same address by mistake, the company arranged a courier to collect one of the books and take it the correct place. Excellent customer service I thought, willing and helpful to solve the issue. Bravo! I'll definitely be using them again.”

“Used the Bob Designer on my mac to create a book to give to my friend as a leaving gift, and it was brilliant. The designer was easy to use, the printed book arrived quickly, and looked fantastic. I would definitely use Bob Books and Bob Designer again, and would recommend it to anyone.”
