“Impressed by the new paper types since my last use of Bob's Books. Additional image masks and clipart images were really useful too. Processing and delivery kept me well informed. Very happy with quality of product and service. Only areas for improvement for me would be the amount of additional memory required to place my order caused issues for my small laptop. Also, it would be helpful for a check print, as I couldn't see a number of typo's nor that a few photographs were out of focus on my small laptop.”

“I used after another photobook company did a really bad job of our book, the quality and speed of the service was brilliant from Bob Books and the building of the book was much more user friendly. Thank you the book was so greatly received from my 90 year Gran.”

“Easy to use if you just think "power point". Have had both hard back and soft back versions and prefer the hard back but it does cost more. I collected my photos together first and then loaded them into Bob and I liked the way it ticked off photos I had used so I didn't miss any out or use them twice. Glossy photos looked good.”

“Have used Bob Books for year and always find them fast and reliable with a good quality product. Only slight criticism is that pictures can be printed a bit on the dark side , but overall very good.”

“I was looking for a site where I could use my photos taken on my iPad and iPhone to make a photo book of my years favorite pictures, Bob's Books seemed to be just what I was looking for and I made my first book so easily and cheaply that I am now hooked. I have just received my second book which I am thrilled with. The site is so easy to use, adaptable and the finished article is with me within days. The only downside is that you cannot add text which means writing an index by hand. Hopefully in the future this will be possible. Thanks Bob's Books. Sue”

“This was our youngest daughters wedding and we wanted a special album as a keepsake, so back to Bobs Books for the third time. Very easy to get to grips with and the Album arrived in just one week, results exceeded expectations, excellent service. Just now doing another book for Granddaughter who married 2 weeks ago.”

“This was my first experience with Bob Books. I was very disappointed with the book, but maybe some of my images were too contrasty. I have however had books from other suppliers in the past with far superior results. When I compiled the book it looked really good before I sent it "down the tube" , but the actual book was not truly much like it. I am not saying that I will not use Bob again, but, if I do I will make sure my images lack biting contrast. I do not require a 20% voucher. Thank you.”

Hello Rod, Thank you for taking the time to send us your feedback, I am so sorry that you are not happy with the image quality of your photobook. It sounds like you may had the Automatic Image Correction turned on and this has affected the colour contrast of your images. Could you please take a look in the software and see if this is the case. If so we may be able to re-print your book for you and that will correct the problem. If not we will be happy to investigate this further. If you could provide some images of your book and the original image so we can compare that would help us get an idea of the problem. Sorry for any disappointment caused. “Bob Books is excellent. The software is good and simple to use, but enables you to make excellent designs, taking as long as you want. Once finished uploading is smooth and relatively fast. The finished books and calendars are beautiful. I use it for many clients.”

“I'm delighted with my second Bob Books album. When in trouble, I could e-mail or phone you for help, which is my main reason for using Bob Books. One minor quibble was that one person at the end of the phone spoke too fast for my elderly brain to follow - but as long as I persevered with getting an answer to my problem, eventually in slower speech, I was happy!”
