Bluefin is a family-run business based in Hebden Bridge in West Yorkshire. The team has grown up around the sea. Holidaying on the coast of Scotland, their love of the ocean has grown from a hobby to a successful company, now providing SUPs to people all over the World.

We offer a wide and diverse range of SUP boards to suit everybody, whether you’re an avid paddle boarder or just starting out. If you’re looking for an all-rounder we recommend our Cruise range which comes in 4 different sizes ranging from 8ft to 15ft. If you’re a more advanced paddle-boarder then take a look at our Cruise Carbon range.

For the explorer and adventurer, take a look at our Sprint range, our Sprint paddle-boards benefit from a long profile & angled nose that cuts through the water with each stroke. Choose between the 10’8 & 12′ depending on your height & weight or the 15′ for longer distance paddling & tandem use.

If you’ve fancied doing Yoga on the water then we have our wider range of paddleboards starting with the Aqua Fit, the perfect balance & space. It also paddles perfectly as an all-around board. If you have a large group of friends but can only take 1 paddleboard then the 18ft Mammoth board is one to look at, great for group activities and can fit 10 people on deck at once for some serious paddling teamwork.

Flimsy paddle, it broke on the second use and we even didn't paddle much and the sea was quite like a lake. No telephone number to call, just communication with email and it took them 10 days to send a replacement and they sent it wrong. heyyy... I don't think is a family-run business and the quality of the product is really flimsy. Talked to my Paddler professional friends and they said they never heard of such a thing. Customer service is really bad. We are very disappointed because I thought it was a good company. I won't be buying anything with them anymore.

So let me just preface by saying this is not a review of the board, this is a review of their customer service. I ordered a 10-8 bluefin board 3 weeks before I needed it for my trip with delivery being 5-7 business days. Delivery didn't arrive so I contacted customer service in which they sent me a tracking number. No problem, I looked it up to find out the board was damaged and being returned to bluefin and that bluefin had already been notified about the issue. No fault to them other than they never notified me of the problem. Ok, stuff happens, absolutely not their fault, so I call to talk to customer service and explain I am running out of time to take this on my trip and can they ship a new one immediately because I still have time. So my real issue begins when they told me it would take the normal shipping time, (they can't expedite shipping even at my cost) and it would be a three day handling time before it can be shipped. Ok no problem, kind of a bummer I can't get it shipped faster, but understandable. So my only request was if the handling time could be cut down to less time than 3 full days since obviously this was an unusual circumstance. They told me that was impossible and couldn't be done. In my opinion I am asking the bare minimum from them as in a phone call to ship one out as fast as they could. Amazon can deliver me the same exact board in three days, but they cant even put it in the mail by then and this is the main company headquarters, completely unacceptable in my opinion. I specifically chose this board over two others because of the 5 year warranty and customer service, but if they have no customer service now, do you think they will help me in 5 years if I have an issue? Major red flag in my opinion. LONG STORY SHORT I WOULD NOT BUY THIS BOARD BASED ON THE WARRANTY OR CUSTOMER SERVICE REVIEWS.

This is the second board after the first board I have returned that has delaminations. Obviously you have quality control issues with your manufacturing. I tried to include pictures of the latest delaminations but the review won’t go through. We like the board design and accessories and how the board feels when blown up, but it won’t do much good if the bonding techniques you use are poor.

Da das bestellte Board beschädigt war, haben wir es zurückgesandt. Der Erhalt wurde uns auch von Jack und Joe per mail bestätigt. Leider haben wir bis heute unser Geld nicht zurückerhalten, obwohl die Retoure bereits vor Weihnachten 2022 erfolgte. Wir sind unglaublich enttäuscht und werden jetzt einen Anwalt beauftragen müssen.

I have received 2 seriously marked 15ft tandem boards from Bluefin. The first one I returned as others had complained and then got a great board. I waited over a week to get my replacement which I have inflated today to try and it is even worse than the first board so tonight I asked for a full refund. 60 days is their policy so they will only offer a replacement that I will have to take as this one is awful, however I feel that this is totally unfair as it was a Christmas present and they took up at least 10days of my 60day returns process with their return and replacement. If you get a faulty board return it for a refund and re-buy it as you will have another 60days. Please see pictures and be aware that these premium boards are not free from damage. I am really sad about this as I have been saving my money for two years to get this board as I really wanted it and didn’t want a cheap board.

The one star is for the fact that the delivery was fast. Unfortunately, the air pump arrived defective. On e-mails is not answered, except that you should give a rating. Convenient, you just wait until the two-week return policy rum are, then the problem solves itself. Would I find an address, I would have sent everything back long ago. On the postage bill it is not to be read. Simply a bad service.

Unwanted item, not opened. Tried to return and 5 weeks later still no further on. Poor customer service. Even though product maybe fine reading previous reviews I would avoid just because poor aftersales.

Ordered a board. Board was twisted, with fin boxes incorrectly located. I sent it back for a refund, and ordered a replacement. It arrived, with fin boxes incorrectly located. I sent it back for a refund. Bluefin are sitting on the boards (unless they've resold them) and I'm till waiting for a refund.

I want to leave 0 stars Blut Not possiple. I got my SUP 2 days ago (12“) and I was realy shocked about this poor quality of this product. I thought that I bought the best SUP and Not a 100€ cheep China product. Bad glueing and damages.

Just to flag to other customers, I ordered 2 leashes and the website said they would be delivered 2 days later. In time for my next SUP expedition! When I didn't hear anything from Bluefin I got in touch via their chat function to discover anticipated deliver is actually 7 days. I feel the website is therefore misleading, and hopefully Bluefin will correct this ASAP.

The date we show on our website is an expected delivery date based on the product in question, we are meeting this with majority of orders so I am sorry to hear if this was not the case with your order. We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days from them being placed and you will receive an email confirming this, with details of how to track your order. The 7 days advised is the maximum possible delivery time as per the couriers standard delivery process, it is very unlikely you will be waiting this long to receive your order. When the SUP arrived it appeared used and had a lot of defects. It had many scuffs and scratches all over the brand new board. The pump directions were melting off and coming onto my hand. The psi indicator was not detecting proper air pressure and believe me, I read the directions that you have to get to 7 PSI before it works, however, I pumped the board up so big the nozzle came off and the air was coming out of the pump and entry valve with no indicator of PSI, so I probably overfilled the board when it says not to. Finally, the strap to the kayak attachment broke off when I was installing it via the directions. Upon all this, they didn't even send me the wrong paddleboard. I bought the 12-foot board and they sent me this used 10.8-foot one. Talking to support about this issue has been at a snail's pace. There is limited time left to which I can use this board where I live and it doesn't seem like I will get the board I paid for and ordered any time soon.

Do not buy Bluefin Boards. The board we received from Amazon started leaking after a few weeks and the pump stopped working. We contacted Bluefin to collect the board and replace it. Turns out they wont collect or return Boards to Mallorca (where the board was initially sent by Amazon.es). The return time for Amazon has expired. We can neither get the board replaced/fixed by Bluefin or a refund. Customer services are just so unhelpful its insulting. I am now stuck with a leaking poorly made SUP and broken pump that cost me over 500 Euros. Do not buy from Bluefin shoddy equipment and poor customer services.

This means they hold the financial transaction for orders placed with them and not Bluefin. Unfortunately, they are able to ship on a much larger scale than ourselves. I am doing SUP for 10+ years, last board was Naish. Got BlueFin CruiseCarbon 12" mainly because high rankings fro gliding. Well, here is my experience: Good: Stability. The board is very stable. Really 9 of 10 Colours. Pretty good. 7 of 10 Bad: Gliding. To my surprise it just doesn't glide. It looks that a brick would glide better. 1 of 10 Quality: the quality of materials overall is good, but paint is very bad it gets scratched from lightest contact with sand for example. 2 of 10 Paddle: Paddle is really cheap and super heavy. Carbon shaft doesn't help at all. 3 of 10 Bag: How could you fit this boat in this small bag? Plus the handles and wheels are quite awkwardly positioned. 3 of 10 Overall. Quite disappointed. The SUP is super heavy and bulky, quality is not corresponding to the the price, but most important it just doesn't glide...

I had a problem with my SUP package, the pump, fin and paddle. I explained the situation in May and was asked to provide photographs of the problem, the paddle lugs did not work and it was no as advertised, the pump did not register the pressure and the large fin did not fit. I expected to have the items exchanged instead I was expected to resolve the problem by fitting a new gauge myself and to send the other items back for assessment, all this time unable to use my board I had to inform Bluefin of my rights as a consumer, to have faulty items replaced that were not fit for purpose and with this they took notice I finally had a complete package in August, months of lost time However the board is fantastic and I have had lots of fun using it so far but getting problems resolved and the after care service is very poor

POSSIBLY THE WORST COMPANY IN THE COUNTRY FOR CUSTOMER SERVICES! I bought a Cruise Carbon 10.8 and after the second time of use it developed a blister on the side seam and the carry-bag started falling apart due to poor construction! I sent photos of the blister on the seam to Bluefin and they said they thought it was just cosmetic! It was quite obviously due to faulty construction, so I went back to them and they agreed to take it back for repair or replacement. It cost me £60 to return it fully insured to them, which they have refused to repay me. It took them two weeks to decide it was not repairable and to replace it. They allegedly sent me a replacement board but their courier, DPD, delivered it to an unknown address at the other side of the country (according to the tracking link they sent me). I immediately informed Bluefin that I had not received it but they have REFUSED to send me another board until DPD have completed an investigation (which could take months). It is now over a month since I heard from them and I have had to resort to taking legal advice to recover my money. My Legal Advisor has pointed out that this company has broken a number of consumer protection laws regarding selling defective equipment and refusing to carry out satisfactory solution in a reasonable time (I have now been without my board for over 6 weeks), and at no cost to me, including the cost of returning the board to them. Think very carefully whether you want to risk buying from this company.

I have emailed Bluefin on 3 separate occasions regarding a broken leash, I have even offered to pay for it even though it snapped on the first outing. Not heard a peep from them. They are ok to take your money but aftercare service is appalling. I had recommended 3 friends to buy from Bluefin who have all got their boards, I wish I hadn’t bothered. Local company to myself, considering knocking on the door!!
