Appalling! I would like to use bad language here to describe the company that has the very worst customer service on the planet but will probably get filtered. I have already reviewed Bluefin on Google a couple of weeks ago but you cannot write another review unless it is my lack of knowledge. Anyway read my main review under Matt R if you need to but this is a follow up to me returning a damaged and faulty SUP. All I want to say is I really hope you do not have an issue with anything you buy from this company. I sent my SUP back and have since emailed and emailed the company to see when my replacement is coming. They will not take calls (funnily enough they will if you want to buty something) but for EVERYTHING else you can only email and they in this instance are not responding. What do you do? I guess I will be calling smalls claims court to get my money back that is if the company is still up and running. If you think there may be a slight chance of a problem with any of the equipment you purchase from this company do not buy a Bluefin. You will never speak to anyone just rely on the atrocious lack of email communication, put 10 years on your life with stress and have all your hair go grey (and if they do not replace my SUP then blow a lot of money too).

I have received 2 seriously marked 15ft tandem boards from Bluefin. The first one I returned as others had complained and then got a great board. I waited over a week to get my replacement which I have inflated today to try and it is even worse than the first board so tonight I asked for a full refund. 60 days is their policy so they will only offer a replacement that I will have to take as this one is awful, however I feel that this is totally unfair as it was a Christmas present and they took up at least 10days of my 60day returns process with their return and replacement. If you get a faulty board return it for a refund and re-buy it as you will have another 60days. Please see pictures and be aware that these premium boards are not free from damage. I am really sad about this as I have been saving my money for two years to get this board as I really wanted it and didn’t want a cheap board.

The boards fantastic I have the largest board for two persons However today I watched my stand up paddle sink to the ocean sea bed whilst using it in the sea. How is this possible please advise. Many thanks.

I ordered the SUP 3 month ago. Bluefin is not able to deliver although they promise 14 working days delivery time in the internet. Several mails with the support were not answered. It seems that the item is stuck in an UPS Depot in Germany for the last two month. After cancelling the order they don't want to refund the money until the item is back in the UK. Don't know if the item is lost or whatever. This is a really bad customer service.

Terrible! The company, not the product. I don’t know how good the product is because they didn’t ship it to me. They took my money a month ago and the board still hasn’t been shipped. I contacted the customer support, but they are making very vague statements which sound like they are trying to blame the delivery company for the delay, but they haven’t actually shipped the board and they don’t want to admit this.

Delivered with a hole so wouldn’t inflate. After 2 months of trying every avenue to contact a representative of the company, I got a flippant response just telling me I can patch it myself. No customer service at all. Warranty is worthless because the company will not respond to any problems. Offers of free items are deceptive and misleading because the items (e.g. a camera) are on sale elsewhere for a quarter of the value stated by Bluefin. Being conned like this has been a horrible experience and the boards are a big outlay so I would advise potential buyers to avoid this company.

Sorry if the initial response seemed flippant, we are working on amending our wording as things can often come across in written form in the wrong tone. The RRP of the camera was the RRP given by the company who manufacture the item so we just went with this for our advertising but we will be careful to check these details if we are to run any future offers. I want to leave 0 stars Blut Not possiple. I got my SUP 2 days ago (12“) and I was realy shocked about this poor quality of this product. I thought that I bought the best SUP and Not a 100€ cheep China product. Bad glueing and damages.

What a terrible experience dealing with this company! Carbon cruise package received with lots of problems, exchanged and still have problems. Serious faults with the carry bag that is simply not fit for purpose - brand new and the wheels collapse making it impossible to roll. The company utterly unable to resolve. They told me to send the entire 27kg package back in order to exchange just the carry bag, but they cannot or refuse to confirm what bag they will send in its place - may or may not have wheels, may be a different size, different colour, quite possibly totally unsuitable. The warranty is effectively meaningless. Never in my life have I experienced such inept customer service, such poor design, such dismal warranty provision, and such an error-strewn website. Only the most badly run company would expect you to send a product back for exchange without any assurance of what you will actually receive back. Ask yourself seriously is this the type of company you want to buy from?

Terrible company - my experience has been a very bad one - their customer service is non-existent and the order, dispatch and delivery process is a shambles that involves incorrect information provided to couriers and duty and tax charges being sent to customers without any warning upon purchase. I'd honestly advise you to make your SUP purchasing experience a pleasant one by not going with this company. I'm now trying and struggling to get my money back.

Did a lot of research and decided to contact Bluefin direct...only by email as no telephone number. Asked customer services which boards they recommended as I wanted 2 and was there a discount as Amazon was less expensive. Got a reply back saying it's up to you no discount...great start as email was worded in a couldn't care less manner. Ordered from Amazon and 2 boards arrived one was old stock a different colour to all the pictures so returned....a matter of days later Bluefin advertise Black Friday and huge savings plus free camera or electric pump per order not per board....Contacted Bluefin again expressing my dissatisfaction as I could have been told to hold off after all I was buying 2 boards. Email back from customer services again equating to tough luck! End of....so if something were to go wrong with this product good luck as their customer services is truly dreadful

In response to your comments, our support team work over email for enquiries, particularly support requests. We do have a number for sales enquiries which can be found on the website on the home page. The customer service team can recommend products based on the customers requirements, however it is ultimately down to the customers preference as to which item they would like to purchase. In regards to your comments regarding the cheaper price on Amazon, they buy our stock and fulfil it via their own warehouse. This means that they are able to set a lot of their own prices and offers. Items are often heavily reduced on Black Friday, however, as the items were purchased via Amazon it would be down to the customer to contact them regarding price fluctuation. The one star is for the fact that the delivery was fast. Unfortunately, the air pump arrived defective. On e-mails is not answered, except that you should give a rating. Convenient, you just wait until the two-week return policy rum are, then the problem solves itself. Would I find an address, I would have sent everything back long ago. On the postage bill it is not to be read. Simply a bad service.

Unwanted item, not opened. Tried to return and 5 weeks later still no further on. Poor customer service. Even though product maybe fine reading previous reviews I would avoid just because poor aftersales.

Bluefin Cruise, 10 ft 8, 2021 Edition, Review I have had my Bluefin 10 ft 8 Cruise Paddle Board (2021 Edition) for a year, clocking at least 50 hours of paddling, so feel well placed to give an accurate review. Value for money. Excellent. There seems to be a wide range of prices, £100-£1000, and quality regarding paddle-boards on the market. From boards that will barely keep you above the water to professional boarder standard. Bluefin provide a £1000 quality board at half the price. I paid around £500, however this edition seems to have reduced to £400 which is quite frankly a steal. Quality. Very high standard. Heavy (but in a good way), high rigidity ISUP, (feels like a solid board), it is the perfect size for an "average" sized adult. You can feel the difference in the quality of the material it is made out of. The UV resistant decking gives me peace of mind that prolonged use on sunny days wont degrade the board, no evidence so far. Lovely colour scheme which I am surprised to say has not faded in the slightest. The crocodile texture decking has excellent grip, covers a wide area, has not shown any wear, and stays cool underfoot, even on very hot days. Front rigging is very strong and hardwearing, securely holds 10s of kg worth of gear. Large array of strong neoprene handles makes it easy to carry regardless of a persons size or strength. Great fins. The 2+1 setup gives great stability, perfect for paddling at sea. The lock system is easy to use and secure, have not lost a fin yet. Feels very safe and stable, even on rough North Sea waves, but still provides a good amount of speed and manoeuvrability. Kickback pad is a nice bonus which you don't often see on ISUPS. Tight, safe leash that does not rub on the ankle and does not get in the way when playing about in the water. Extras. Lots of nice surprises. Kayak conversion kit is a good edition, although I have not used it. Brilliant bag, allows me to fit all my ISUP gear and tons of extras like dry bag, packed lunch, wetsuit, lifejacket, shoes. The extra padding and massive range of straps, in and out the bag, means I have carried it comfortably for miles at a time while keeping everything inside secure. Drys quickly so can store the board with out worrying it will get damp. Waterproof mobile phone case is great, saves me having to buy my own. Good idea having the GoPro attachment, just need to get one now try it out. Paddle. Faultless. Lightweight and sturdy. Comfortable handle means your hands wont blister. Very good length range for people of different heights. Wide blade means I can get loads of purchase on the water. Hand pump. Does a great job. Effective, portable and sturdy. The dual action pump means it only takes 5-10 mins to blow up the board, which I am quite happy with, however I have nothing to compare it to. Versatility. Board for all types. You can safely pump it up to 28 psi, have not taken it that far myself. Combined with the board in general it means you can get quite high performance out of it, good if you take paddle-boarding seriously. At the same time comfortable and balanced enough for a complete beginner to enjoy, taught many family members how to SUP on this board. Customer service. Amazing. I purchased my board in the summer of 2021 when demand was through the roof. There was, understandably, a long waiting time. However I purchased it with a long holiday in Dorset in mind, so I became worried it would not come in time. When emailing about my concerns Bluefin were prompt and accommodating, nice surprise when dealing with any company online. They promised to expedite the delivery process to ensure it came in time, not sure what they did but it arrived two days before my travels, massive relief. They offered me a full refund if this didn't happen, while giving me 10% off for the short-delay. Warranty. Comprehensive. Thanks to quality of product I have not yet had to put any of this to the test. The five year warranty on board faults and breakdown is comforting, great to think it will last 5+ years of heavy use. The 6 month free shipping on repairs with half price after that is a good gesture. Summary. Provided you are willing to invest a little extra money this board is great for anyone from a complete beginner to an experienced paddler. Several friends and family members have bought this board after my recommendation and they all came away with the same experience. Don't waist your time shopping around, just go for this board. When the SUP arrived it appeared used and had a lot of defects. It had many scuffs and scratches all over the brand new board. The pump directions were melting off and coming onto my hand. The psi indicator was not detecting proper air pressure and believe me, I read the directions that you have to get to 7 PSI before it works, however, I pumped the board up so big the nozzle came off and the air was coming out of the pump and entry valve with no indicator of PSI, so I probably overfilled the board when it says not to. Finally, the strap to the kayak attachment broke off when I was installing it via the directions. Upon all this, they didn't even send me the wrong paddleboard. I bought the 12-foot board and they sent me this used 10.8-foot one. Talking to support about this issue has been at a snail's pace. There is limited time left to which I can use this board where I live and it doesn't seem like I will get the board I paid for and ordered any time soon.

Do not buy Bluefin Boards. The board we received from Amazon started leaking after a few weeks and the pump stopped working. We contacted Bluefin to collect the board and replace it. Turns out they wont collect or return Boards to Mallorca (where the board was initially sent by Amazon.es). The return time for Amazon has expired. We can neither get the board replaced/fixed by Bluefin or a refund. Customer services are just so unhelpful its insulting. I am now stuck with a leaking poorly made SUP and broken pump that cost me over 500 Euros. Do not buy from Bluefin shoddy equipment and poor customer services.

This means they hold the financial transaction for orders placed with them and not Bluefin. Unfortunately, they are able to ship on a much larger scale than ourselves. The boards may get great reviews however the customer service is far from that! Website states get it by for delivery when in actual fact its not next day as claimed by their agents its 2-7days, the claims are nothing short of false advertising and need to be investigated! Will not use this company again very very poor customer service i hate to think how they would deal with a warranty claim.

Appalling customer service - do not go near this company. The only way to communicate is through email - which is very slow and does not address the issues. I ordered a board and a pump - two pumps were delivered. Two weeks later, the company has not apologised, I have not received my board nor have I received a refund. Shocking.

Cancellation return not getting the needed support. I had ordered a SUP from Bluefin online but wanted to change it. Therefore customer support advised me to refuse the delivery so that it gets sent back to them and then I would receive my money back. I did exactly so and did not wait to make the order of the sup I really wanted, being confident everything would get reimbursed smoothly. Unfortunately after 3 weeks of emailing I continue to get what seems to be automatically bot generated responses. The type of response also comes back meaning that whatever I write or do, it does not get taken into account and in reality nobody is looking to find out where things are stuck (being that the goods do not seem to get returned to them, but I never got a tracking number so for me it is impossible to verify, not for the initial delivery, nor for the return). I am urging for some time now for somebody from Bluefin to look into this as otherwise it will drag on, but unfortunately no human response, no phone call, no added search, just repeated standard answers which bring me back to square one. No telephone number has been provided from Bluefin. That is the reason for writing this review. I am disappointed that for a brand which highlights quality, that the after service is simply not there. The issue is request 4772 and I am hoping finally a human person will call me after having read all the emails and checked into the matter. Best Fred
