I have emailed Bluefin on 3 separate occasions regarding a broken leash, I have even offered to pay for it even though it snapped on the first outing. Not heard a peep from them.
They are ok to take your money but aftercare service is appalling.
I had recommended 3 friends to buy from Bluefin who have all got their boards, I wish I hadn’t bothered.
Local company to myself, considering knocking on the door!!
