Bluefin is a family-run business based in Hebden Bridge in West Yorkshire. The team has grown up around the sea. Holidaying on the coast of Scotland, their love of the ocean has grown from a hobby to a successful company, now providing SUPs to people all over the World.

Our Product Range:
We offer a wide and diverse range of SUP boards to suit everybody, whether you’re an avid paddle boarder or just starting out. If you’re looking for an all-rounder we recommend our Cruise range which comes in 4 different sizes ranging from 8ft to 15ft. If you’re a more advanced paddle-boarder then take a look at our Cruise Carbon range.

For the explorer and adventurer, take a look at our Sprint range, our Sprint paddle-boards benefit from a long profile & angled nose that cuts through the water with each stroke. Choose between the 10’8 & 12′ depending on your height & weight or the 15′ for longer distance paddling & tandem use.

If you’ve fancied doing Yoga on the water then we have our wider range of paddleboards starting with the Aqua Fit, the perfect balance & space. It also paddles perfectly as an all-around board. If you have a large group of friends but can only take 1 paddleboard then the 18ft Mammoth board is one to look at, great for group activities and can fit 10 people on deck at once for some serious paddling teamwork.

I bought the sup and it came damaged in the box … their are holes in the board and I took some water and soap to look if the holes are severe… it started to bubble so i put everything back in the box and I’m waiting for an answer from bluefin … hope I will hear from them soon and they replace te broken sup 😞

I ordered my paddle board package that came with a cooler. The directions were hard to read and understand. The cooler was supposed to come with leg covers so that it doesn't cause damage to the board, but the leg covers were not included. I reached out via email and never heard back. I never got to use my board yet this season because I need the cooler to go down the river. I just need my leg covers so that I can give this thing a go. I don't know why they make it so hard to contact them

Unable to review product as it never arrived! - DPD were supposed to drop off at our local Co-Op today and I received notification it had arrived for collection. I went to collect and Co-Op said they hadn't got it. Went back onto tracking and it advised the parcel was on it's way back to BlueFin! Unable to contact either company - especially DPD, who are awful when it comes to customer service - Please help....

Bought 2 12ft cruise SUPs. Used once, and have noticed the snap pin doesn't locate on one paddle head and the zip is unstitched on one carry bag. Spent an hour trawling the bluefinsupboard website to contact the support team, but no obvious phone number or email.... so great board i just can't work out how how to fix the problems..

Ich kann den „Hype“ um Blufin und dieses Board (cruise 10.8) nicht wirklich nachvollziehen. Macht auf mich mehr den Eindruck eines guten Marketings .. das Board ist nicht sonderlich gut verarbeitet hat Kleber-Reste an den Nähten, eine der drei Finnen lässt sich nur mit Gewalt einsetzen und das Board weisst im aufgepumpten Zustand diverse Beulen auf. Das hätte ich bei einem 299 € Board verstanden, aber hier? Ist vermutlich genauso made in china wie alle andern auch

The board is seemingly well built. we have had the board for 18 months and used it 5 times mainly on local canals. The last time we took it out both of the paddle blades snapped where the plastic head inserts into the carbon shaft. I feel this is poor performance considering how much use we have had out of the paddles (especially as we only use 1 at a time so average 2.5 uses). The warranty is 1 year so we need to replace the paddles, which I am looking to do elsewhere as I have lost confidence in this piece of the equipment we purchased. The board itself is nice and rigid when inflated and moves on the water well. It's just a shame about the paddles.

Received my board about a week ago. It paddles amazing! However, the bag is pretty awful. The hip-belt and shoulder strap pulled out of the seam the first time I lifted the bag onto my back. For such a high quality board, I really expected more from their bag. I emailed the company and they told me to either ship the bag back to them (I pay the shipping) or pay to have it repaired myself. That's pretty bad customer service. I really expected more from a company that seems to hype their customer service.

It's a piece of plastic that falls off easily, and then you charge me $50 for it, and make only yours fit my paddle board. Y'all are messed up.

Review of delivery only - Delivery information on website is very misleading. I made my order on the 17th of July, and after 9 days I had received no dispatch information and no reply to my email. After calling Bluefin I found that my SUP was being dispatched from the Netherlands and that the Netherlands received the order on the 22nd.

After being on a waiting list for over a month (Covid), the board finally arrives build quality seems good and as a package it's great, unfortunately mine turned up with the fins stitched facing the wrong way, customer service is pretty poor so far, I've reported the issues over a week ago with no response. I'm sure it's a great board, if it turns up assembled correctly and you don't have to deal with their customer service.

I loved bluefin until I had really bad customer service which started when the go pro mount broke before using the board. I got a reply saying I can stick another mount on another part of the board. But I didn’t get anything from for the fault and now they are ignoring my mail

We bought 2 Bluefin SUPs 10`8. They have a weight difference: One weighs 9 kg, the other 12 kg. The 9 kg-board has thinner and more flexible material and fits much better into the backpack than the 12 kg one. We think, the actual Bluefin boards are the 12 kg ones. The service answered, it is just a slight difference in design and from another charge/other supplier. We think, that material is very relevant for the stability of a product. So we don’t know, if they both have the same quality. Can anyone tell us? IN GERMAN: Wir haben 2 SUPs 10`8 gekauft und festgestellt, dass das eine nur 9 kg, das andere 12 kg wiegt (das 12 kg ist wohl das auf Amazon beworbene Standardprodukt). Das leichtere ist aus einem wesentlich flexibleren Material gebaut und passt locker in den Rucksack, das andere um einiges schwerer. Das Serviceteam von Bluefin sagt, dass es eine leichte Änderung des Designs gegeben hätte und das leichtere Board von einem anderen Lieferanten käme. Ich bin der Meinung, dass das verwendete Material sehr großen Einfluss auf die Haltbarkeit des Produktes hat - womit Bluefin ja geworben hat. Deshalb meine Frage: Weiß jemand, welche Qualität das leichtere Board im Vergleich zu dem 12 kg-Board hat? Grundsätzlich sind wir (noch) sehr zufrieden. Die Boards liegen stabil im Wasser und der mitgelieferte Kajaksitz ist sehr praktisch!
