When the SUP arrived it appeared used and had a lot of defects. It had many scuffs and scratches all over the brand new board. The pump directions were melting off and coming onto my hand. The psi indicator was not detecting proper air pressure and believe me, I read the directions that you have to get to 7 PSI before it works, however, I pumped the board up so big the nozzle came off and the air was coming out of the pump and entry valve with no indicator of PSI, so I probably overfilled the board when it says not to. Finally, the strap to the kayak attachment broke off when I was installing it via the directions. Upon all this, they didn't even send me the wrong paddleboard. I bought the 12-foot board and they sent me this used 10.8-foot one. Talking to support about this issue has been at a snail's pace. There is limited time left to which I can use this board where I live and it doesn't seem like I will get the board I paid for and ordered any time soon.
