Bluefin is a family-run business based in Hebden Bridge in West Yorkshire. The team has grown up around the sea. Holidaying on the coast of Scotland, their love of the ocean has grown from a hobby to a successful company, now providing SUPs to people all over the World.

Our Product Range:
We offer a wide and diverse range of SUP boards to suit everybody, whether you’re an avid paddle boarder or just starting out. If you’re looking for an all-rounder we recommend our Cruise range which comes in 4 different sizes ranging from 8ft to 15ft. If you’re a more advanced paddle-boarder then take a look at our Cruise Carbon range.

For the explorer and adventurer, take a look at our Sprint range, our Sprint paddle-boards benefit from a long profile & angled nose that cuts through the water with each stroke. Choose between the 10’8 & 12′ depending on your height & weight or the 15′ for longer distance paddling & tandem use.

If you’ve fancied doing Yoga on the water then we have our wider range of paddleboards starting with the Aqua Fit, the perfect balance & space. It also paddles perfectly as an all-around board. If you have a large group of friends but can only take 1 paddleboard then the 18ft Mammoth board is one to look at, great for group activities and can fit 10 people on deck at once for some serious paddling teamwork.

SUP und Kundenservice sind super, das Paddel ist dagegen absoluter Müll. Vorab, das SUP sowie das Zubehör (bis auf das Paddel) sind sehr gut. Die beiden Sterne Abzug betreffen das mitgelieferte Paddel. Nach zweimaligem Nutzen brach das Paddel unterhalb des Schaffts. Nach kurzem Chat mit dem Kundeservice bekam ich direkt ein neues Ersatzteil, welches dann allerdings nicht mit dem vorhandenen Paddel kompatibel war. Somit wieder mit dem Kundenservice gechattet und ein neues bekommen. Das Neue Paddel hat genau zwei Tage gehalten und ist dann oberhalb des Schaffts gebrochen. Die nächsten Tage soll ich nun erneut ein neues Paddel bekommen, mal sehen wie lange es diesmal hält. Sehr Schade...

Board has been great but paddle has snapped after about 20 uses. As its over a year its not covered 😢

The board itself is good. Had so much trouble with the manual pump, eventually being sent an electric pump, which was frustrating. Have had problems with the paddle connections sticking, and looking at other Bluefin users leaving beaches or lakes, they have had the same problem. I bought a replacement from Decathlon and it does a much better job. Overall it’s OK. As good as the likes of Red Paddle Co, just a few niggles that don’t make it a better purchasing experience.

I got my cruise 10.8 and happily went to paddle boarding the same day. Unfortunately, so called "smart lock" system didn't play well and central fin got lost somewhere in the water the very first day of using it. I contacted to support team to understand what is the coverage and replacement terms. After a week of waiting, I got the only reply that they can send me invoice to pay for a replacement $39.99 which is ridiculously expensive and frustrating to experience with new equipment. The board isn't the cheapest one and certain parts could be covered. Another my frustration is paddles themselves are loose as well. Every time I'm rowing handles are moving back and forth making paddling uncomfortable and hardly manageable (the locker system is unstable and non-reliable). Based on the experience I had and conversation and support I got, I would not recommend using this product to anyone.

Not had it on the water yet, still waiting on wetsuit arriving. I am a bit disappointed with the build quality on the board I bought. The grip pad has a gap down one of the seams, the white cruise writing on it is discoloured with yellow blotches it is also damaged in a couple of areas. There are a couple of little scrapes on the board itself where the blue colouring has scraped off and the writing on the back underside of the board has worn off. There was no repair kit with it either and the big buckle on the bag has scrapes on it like it is not new. I am beginning to think they sent me a used one not a new one.

Please be aware IF YOU ARE OFFERED A DISCOUNT WITH YOUR CRUISE BOARD IT WAIVE'S YOUR RIGHT TO THE FREE ELECTRIC PUMP ON THE SELECTED CRUISE MODEL, this is not clearly marked or brought to attention. The board is great, as is packaging, bag and others but delivery and this matter of 'free' pump is sad

I've taken a look into your order and I can see that a monetary discount was applied at checkout. The special offer of the Cruise 10'8 with the free electric pump was not in conjunction with any other offers or discount codes. At checkout, there is a portion of text underneath the area where you enter a discount code stating: "Please note: You can apply only one coupon or free gift per order. Exclusive offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer." When entering a discount/coupon code, it then removed the free gift from your basket and applied a monetary discount. How on earth do you get this into the bag I cannot get it in no matter how hard I try I have the extra wide sup. I contacted the company who said they would send instructions but haven't got them yet any ideas

Product is exactly as described and quick delivery. I am however very disappointed with the communication. Online it states for free delivery Aus wide. Upon checkout it wanted to charged me $30. I sent two emails to the bluefin email address and never got a reply. As the order was for a birthday present and required I placed the order paying the delivery charge . It states on the website that when an email is sent they will endeavour to reply within 1 business day, the emails were sent 3 weeks ago Regards Kelvin
