Flowers were lovely but delivery was a nightmare, I take blame for entering the postcode wrong but the fact no one got in contact with me about it being wrong is ridiculous, next day delivery turned into a 3 day later delivery, never using them again

I ordered a large bunch of sunflowers with a matching vase and chocolates for my mum for her birthday before I went on holiday to say thank you for all her help and support over the year and I asked my mum for her feedback it was; The flowers came and were delivered to the neighbour, 4 of the sunflowers were already dead on arrival so had to be put in the bin, the flowers were not in the matching vase that I had ordered ( I had assumed they would be arranged in the vase) and the vase was actually useless to the deliver because they didn't fit in it. Overall disappointed because it spent a lot of money.

I ordered what looked online like a lovely bunch of flowers but I am very disappointed to say that they were delivered 3 days late (4 days after despatch), and as a result the petals were brown on arrival. Clearly I shouldn't have opted for standard delivery, but their website claims that on occasion the flowers might arrive 1 day late - not 3. I have contacted Blossoming Gifts and am awaiting their response. Hopefully their after sales customer service is better than their delivery service.

I ordered from blossoming gifts for the first time and I can safely say the last. When you order a bunch of flowers online with a picture that looks lovely you would like to think what arrives is similar to that which is advertised. I was actually embarrassed when my fiancé opened the delivery box & held in her hands what can only be described as a bunch of flowers a drunk man might grab from someone else's garden on way home from pub. I expect the pitiful 'bouquet' to be a smash hit on social media though & should get lots of 'likes' ( sadly for your business word of mouth is a powerful tool when it comes to customer experience )

The first time I used blossoming gifts, I was very impressed. Great price & efficient, so much so I placed a re-order 2 weeks later. As yet the flowers ordered for Thursday have not been delivered and I have had no response to my email to find out what's happened. There is no contact number to speak to someone directly. Very disappointed and upset as the flowers were sent to cheer up a distressed friend, that I can't comfort in person.

The flowers were not as expected and was left feeling disapointed as the flowers were for a celebration and i had a special request this wasn't followed. Would prefer to spend the same amount from a local florist in future. I even called to check on how they would be arriving to ensure that i would be happy

Delivery did not arrive on the selected day (which I paid extra for) the flowers after 2 days were dying and looked absolutely awful. I've been given a full refund. I won't be using blossoming gifts again

We received no chocolates with our order and the flowers were definitely not worth £30!!! I'm fuming as they were for my Grandma's birthday!

We were very disappointed and highly embarrassed with the poor quality of the flowers that were delivered to my Aunty's funeral. They bore absolutely no resemblance to the photos on the website and they were by far the worst flowers at the funeral. We subsequently saw bouquets of flowers at the local Sainsbury's supermarket on sale for 8 pounds and they were of a better quality than the flowers we paid 35 pounds for! I suspect that somebody saw our email address was in New Zealand and thought that they could get away with this but , they have been caught out as we were at the funeral when the flowers were delivered. We took a photo of the flowers and if you send us your email address to bptripp@xtra.co.nz we will forward the photo to you to confirm our gross disappointment. Look forward to your comments. I ordered the bouquet of the week as a surprise for my mum. Unfortunately she was not at home the day of delivery. The flowers were taken back to depot when they could have been left in the garden. She didn't pick them up for a few days as she wasn't expecting any parcels. When I spoke to blooming gifts they basically said it wasn't there problem and it's there t & cs. Be warned not a good Idea if you want to surprise someone.

On our website we offer many special delivery instructions such as 'Leave in a Safe Place' 'Leave on doorstep' 'Leave with neighbour' and more. SCAM COMPANY!!!. I ordered flowers and a vase and chocolates from this company. The flowers arrived with the stems broken and the vase had holes in and leaked water everywhere. Both phone numbers on the website do not connect and they do not respond to messages through their site. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I paid extra for the flowers to come on my friend's exact date of birth. She didn't receive it for like four, five days and I was only informed that there was a delay at all the day before they actually did arrive at her place. I got no consolation either. I don't see the point of paying an additional fee - which is, to top things off, steep compared to even other flower shops - if it's going to be so late! I've ordered flowers at other places which charged lower for exact date delivery and delivered it early only by about one day. To be honest I feel rather cheated by this awful service.
