We were very disappointed and highly embarrassed with the poor quality of the flowers that were delivered to my Aunty's funeral. They bore absolutely no resemblance to the photos on the website and they were by far the worst flowers at the funeral. We subsequently saw bouquets of flowers at the local Sainsbury's supermarket on sale for 8 pounds and they were of a better quality than the flowers we paid 35 pounds for! I suspect that somebody saw our email address was in New Zealand and thought that they could get away with this but , they have been caught out as we were at the funeral when the flowers were delivered.
