Will not be back. Appalling service, no replies to emails. Paid for large got a small bouquet, emailed to explain wrong item delivered and had no response in over 10 days. Sent reminder emails, nothing still. To top that all off the roses died after only 3 days, the rest lasted only 6 days. These were supposed to be special for my wife on our anniversary and they were anything but. Appalled

Awful experience. Got the order completely wrong, sent not only wrong flowers but incorrect number! Spent hours trying to get through on the phone, nobody bothers to reply to emails. Overall very poor service and will not be using ever again.

Ordered a Valentine bouquet from Living Social. Paid the delivery charge to Blossoming gifts after requesting delivery date of 13/2. The flowers weren't delivered either the 13 or 14/2. Contacted Blossoming gifts via messaging on Face Book and Hannah was fantastic and explained that there was a problem with the delivery. This understandably caused upset at home with the recipient feeling that the occasion had been forgotten.

Shocking service. Ordered a bouquet for my mum 2 weeks ago. They arrived half dead. I immediately emailed and received nothing in return, so I emailed again and finally got a reply after 2 weeks to ask for photos. I sent these 4 days ago and have heard nothing. Will never use them again.

Many dead heads upon arrival, many missing heads that had been cut off already. Didn't look very nice and were given as a present. Did not make for a nice gift at all. Very disappointed.

I wrote 2 emails of complaint and got no response. I paid £3 extra for them to be delivered the next day and they weren't delivered for 4 days. Not impressed at all and won't be using this website again for delivering flowers

The size of the bouquet was extremely disappointing. Especially as I asked for a large order. The flowers arrived in a box with no water (2days after dispatched) I was astounded to find that the flowers, chocolates and teddy bear was in one small box. Before I opened the box I even questioned the postman where the bouquet was. Extremely disappointed. I would have got a much larger,cheaper bunch from the local supermarket.

Ordered the lily & daisy bouquet for my sisters birthday on 31/12 They arrived looking half dead and we're all dead by the 2/1. I tried phoning blossoming gifts on 2/1 no answer on either number. I tried emailing them via their message page on the website kept saying unable to send at this time try later! I did many times to no avail. I would never buy from this company again and my advice would be to avoid at all costs!

The delivery date was missed (it was meant to be 23 or 24 December but it was 27th December). There was no communication to say you would not deliver on the day. When I sent an email asking for an update, no one replied and still has not (7/1/16). Overall - terrible service and I will not be using again.

I ordered a bunch of flowers for my wife for Christmas as a early Christmas present and I not only did i get the wrong bunch of flowers they died after 3 days. Thanks for a dissapointing and awful start to the Christmas period. Yours faithfully a obviously happy customer :|

I ordered flowers for my mum's 60th Birthday, she is disabled and doesn't get out much and she stayed in, all day on her birthday and they didn't come till the next day!!!!

My flowers did not arrive on the day they were meant too even though i had paid for specific date delivery. As it was my mums 70th birthday I had to buy flowers and deliver them myself. I have been promised a refund but I haven't had that either!!! Extremely poor service

Hi, I was very disappointed with the packaging of the flowers they arrived in a box, I thought they would have come as a hand tied bouquet, the roses were cut down to fit into the box. They died after 3 days. I will not be ordering through you again. Andrew Williams

Ordered flowers for my grandmothers 89th birthday. Special Sunday delivery, told her to expect a delivery that day. You were unsuccessful in delivering. I called your courier DPD, they told me they had been put on the wrong trailer, then had the nerve to send me an email saying I had changed the delivery date. I sent you feedback online but to date, no response. So unfortunately from me, very disappointing. Will not be using again. Poor Customer experience end to end.

Was really disappointed with the bouquet I purchased from yourselves. When the bouquet arrived most of the greenery was dying ... The flowers were losing their petals and they had a strange smell certainly not one you'd expect from flowers. They did not resemble the bouquet you advertise and I certainly would not have purchased these had I known the condition they'd be in when delivered. These were a gift for someone special and I was very embarrassed when shown pictures of them. I certainly will not be using you again and will discourage others to do the same.

Not a quick service and when the package arrived the flowers were fully open and drooping. Not the effect I wanted to welcome my first grandchild. Not impressed at all.

Flowers never turned up, have written a complaint email and had no reponce, was very annoyed as flowers and ballon etc were intended for my mothers birthday who I don't see as work abroad!!! Won't be using again and would appreciate a response regarding a refund
