“Flowers were sent for anniversary present. My friend said the roses were brown on the outside and carnations were brown in the middle. They died after4 days. I'm very disappointed and Wouldn't use them again.”

“The flowers were exactly what we were looking for as a gift for a special person. We also wanted a gift with the flowers and the jug that was part of it was also perfect. The ordering process was easy, price was perfect, delivery was on time and the ability to track the order was a bonus. The recipient was delighted. “Not used this company before, but thought would give them a try. Very pleased with price, communication and delivery. Recipient was delighted with the flowers and sent a photo which showed she got what I ordered.. would most certainly use again. Thank you. Only gave 4 stars today as feel x5 stars will be earnt if I get same service next time I order.”

“The flowers were taken to the post office as the recipient was unfortunately not in. She is an elderly lady and only managed to pick them up 3 days later and they were a bit worse for wear. Why they could not have been left with a neighbour is beyond me!”

Sorry to hear this. Unfortunately we don't have any control over this if you use the free standard delivery as it goes out in the normal post and Royal Mail return it to depot if there's no-one in.

“The item was incomplete and was sent to the wrong address. The staff on the telephone promised solutions but they happened. Very disappointed with whole experience and would definitely not recommend your company.”

“The flowers are such excellent quality and are really fantastic value for money. Some chrysanthemums from my first order (a month or more ago) are still going now! And the paeonies i had after that were just spectacular - gigantic blooms, the size of my head that lasted really well.”

“Ordered three times from Blossoming Gifts. The first time, the mother's day flowers I ordered arrived dead! I later bought two more bouquets from £50 credit the store gave me in compensation and the roses were dead within 1-2 days. The rest shrivelled up and died relatively quickly too. I've never known any other company where the flowers expire so quickly. I won't be purchasing from here again.”

“I ordered the rainbow lilys as a thank you gift for my niece. They arrived when you said they would, in perfect condition and your tracking let me know too. My niece said that they were the most beautiful flowers she had ever had. Not tacky, just beautiful.”
