“Delivered on time and the bottle of prosecco was lovely. There were not that many flowers and they looked nice, but only lasted a couple of days - perhaps due to the very warm weather over the last few days.”

“Great Customer Service especially by Juanita, Tammy and Shelley after ordering some Rainbow Roses with a Vase for my partner. The Vase never arrived which this was acknowledged and money refunded, with a good will of £20 store credit applied. After 3 days the flowers died which was unfortunate but the value of the flowers refunded in credit. I did have a unfortunate experience but 10/10 for customer service. I feel like blossoming gifts actually acknowledge when they made a mistake and immediately rectify it I work in customer service myself and have shared this story with colleagues. Would definitely use Blossoming again, had some Rainbow Chrysanthemum delivered recently which are beautiful and have lasted nearly 2 weeks. Thank You Blossoming Gifts”

“We chased when the order had not arrived on the Thursday. Staff were very unhelpful, poor understanding of English too. They would not listen when we advised that the delivery had not arrived by the due date (Thursday) we could not ask the person receiving as it was a surprise. they eventually received on the SUNDAY!!!!! As it was delivered to the wrong person. Dreadful experience, we will not use your company again.”

“I ordered a bouquet of flowers to cheer my mum up after my nan passed away. She was really down and I wanted to make her smile again. The flowers arrived as I requested and they were beautiful and just as described. Thank you so much for bringing a little ray of sunshine during some dark days x”

“The Get Well Soon flowers I recently purchased were absolutely lovely when they arrived and put a smile on the recipients face. They were incredibly good value for money, lasted well and were delivered within a couple of days of ordering, even better that there was no delivery charge! I will definitely be using you again”

“I received a surprise birthday gift of yellow roses and white flowers and I was so impressed with just how lovely it was and how well the flowers lasted that I decided to use Blossoming Gifts for sympathy flowers that I wanted to send. “I had flowers delivered to my mum for her birthday and she absolutely loved them. It was an equal mix of buds and flowers which had already started to bloom, and they were delivered in the morning I had specified without any problems. I will definitely be using Blossoming Gifts again!”
