The amount you pay to the flowers you get is appalling also do not last more than a few days not happy

Ordered flowers to be delivered on a certain day, they weren't and I had to chase up why! Flowers were eventually delivered over a week late! They did apologise and added chocolates but still a pain that they were so late and they couldn't even inform me of that! Would they of even delivered if I hadn't of chased them up! Unfortunately, I will choose to go someone more reliable in future!

I ordered 2 bouquets to be delivered on Christmas eve to seperate addresses. Both were delivered to the same address. I know I put the 2 seperate addresses on the order form because I had to google the address for my daughter's workplace and I double checked at the end that the addresses were there. I did not check the confirmation email until the night before delivery and it was at this point that I realised the addresses had become the same after the order had been completed. I emailed customer services twice and they said that they had been unable to duplicate this fault and no one else had reported the same error. Therefore obviously I must have been lying and imagined the whole thing. I didn't imagine having to pay for a second bouquet on the night of the 23rd of December to be delivered to the right address the following morning by interflora. Pretty flowers but extremely poor customer service!!

The delivery time slot was spot on, but the flowers were a lot smaller than they looked in the picture and were struggling to have any life in them. I was rather disappointed and would have preferred to go to a local supermarket and got a huge fresh bunch for the same price.

ordered one rudolf which was great and one blitzen which was poor, roses broken and also browning, also duplicates were ordered due to living social website not giving the half price offer, which meant i reordered and ended up paying for 4 lots of flowers 2 at original price and 2 at half price, i was told the full price would be refunded but so far i have heard nothing so overall i have overpaid by 60.00 so much for a bargin!

Sadly the flowers that arrived for a special birthday were very poor, compared to those I have had sent from other companies. There were not many flowers and they mostly died within 48 hours. I would not have contacted about this due to time constraints, but since you emailed for an opinion I have let you know.

I paid extra to have the flowers deliveried on my great nans birthday as a nice suprise but they didn't arrive until the next day. Not pleased at all.

Timliness of the flowers was perfect however the free gift, which was in part why I chose that particular bouquet, was not delivered and I was not informed so I only found out when my friend told me. Not pleased at all.

The delivery of the flowers were very quick which I was pleased with, however I gave a poor rating because the daisies that were in the bunch of flowers I ordered were looking nearly dead.

Ordered flowers, chocolates and a teddy for a couple who just had a baby boy. All pretty good and easy until the point that the recipient of the flowers thanked us for the flowers and the chocolates - the teddy never reached them :( That was really disappointing as I took special care to include a teddy to give them something a little bit extra. Got a refund no problem but still very disappointed that the order was not read and executed properly - it's not as if I was ordering lots and lots of items, just 3!

The amount of flowers my mother recieved was embarrasing. they looked like half a bunch from a supermarket. nothing like the picture.
