Ordered flowers, chocolates and a teddy for a couple who just had a baby boy. All pretty good and easy until the point that the recipient of the flowers thanked us for the flowers and the chocolates - the teddy never reached them :(
That was really disappointing as I took special care to include a teddy to give them something a little bit extra. Got a refund no problem but still very disappointed that the order was not read and executed properly - it's not as if I was ordering lots and lots of items, just 3!
