I ordered 2 bouquets to be delivered on Christmas eve to seperate addresses. Both were delivered to the same address. I know I put the 2 seperate addresses on the order form because I had to google the address for my daughter's workplace and I double checked at the end that the addresses were there. I did not check the confirmation email until the night before delivery and it was at this point that I realised the addresses had become the same after the order had been completed. I emailed customer services twice and they said that they had been unable to duplicate this fault and no one else had reported the same error. Therefore obviously I must have been lying and imagined the whole thing. I didn't imagine having to pay for a second bouquet on the night of the 23rd of December to be delivered to the right address the following morning by interflora. Pretty flowers but extremely poor customer service!!
