Flowers looked nice, but even though I ordered well in advance they still turned up a day later than the delivery date I requested. So they turned up the day after the recipients birthday.

The quality of the flowers were very poor. The roses were close to dying when the arrived so by the time the lilies opened up, the roses had to be binned. Not impressed

I ordered a bunch which looked very nice on picture and what looked quite big with a lot of flowers, so I ordered the large version hoping it would be bigger. Instead when it arrived it looked like less than the picture was not impressed at all

The gift which I ordered for a specific date arrived a week early....the recipient was away hence date specified! I was emailed that it had been despatched but this company argued it was my fault for putting wrong date which i disputed but nothing was done to rectify THEIR mistake. Luckily there was someone who could take it in though the firm had only put the recipents name and postcode........luckily the local postman managed to sort that out!!! The flowers were pretty good considering but this is a company I would not use again,

I ordered a Pavillion bouquet for next day delivery. They arrived at around 10 am and the damp tissue that was wrapped around the base of the stems was almost dry and it was clear that one of the roses was passed its best already. Two days later all bar one of the roses have either shrivelled up or the petal have started to drop. Not what i expect for what is normally a +£30 bunch of flowers, i am just glad that i had a voucher to reduce the cost of a very dissapointing purchase.

Disappointed ordered two bouquets, one should have been peach flowers and one should have been yellow and white. All the flowers were yellow and nothing resembled the pictures I was ordering. Shame because the delivery date and packaging was spot on.

Did not include message so the person reviewing the flowers did not know who they were from. Pretty basic stuff you would expect a florist to be on top off

I sent a bouquet to my friend for her birthday. The flowers arrived on the correct say which is great. The gift message I wrote out was not with the delivery and so my friend had no idea who they were from. I waited a day or two and then had to ask her if she had received them to which she replied, 'glad to hear I don't have a stalker'. I then notified yourselves and had to come up with my own solution.

I tried to send some feedback on the day my friend received her flowers but the form wouldn't submit. Unfortunately I have scored poor due to the method of delivery used. Not necessarily BlossomingGifts.com themselves. I was sending my friend some sympathy flowers as she has just lost her husband. They we due Friday morning. When I didn't hear from her I had to awkwardly enquire as to whether she has received them or not. She had not. In fact she didn't get them until Sunday night at 6pm. The Royal Mail driver had left them with a neighbour and not put a card through the door to let her know. This neighbour subsequently held on to them until a time convenient for her; at which point some of the flowers looked 'past their best' my friend said. I appreciate again this is not a direct reflection upon the company or their products, but I think they should be made aware in order to address it with their choice of delivery service. This could have been avoided had the driver placed a card through the door as I believe is standard procedure. Many thanks.

The flowers weren't delivered to my mother on her birthday, despite me ordering them before the cut off point the day before. The driver said the address couldn't be found but nobody called me for directions or help. The company did send out an upgraded bunch of flowers the following day but they did not arrive until 2 days after her birthday. The company dealt with my complaint quickly and efficiently but I was disappointed by the courier company they used and I probably wouldn't use them again.

When first ordering the flowers for my mums birthday they arrived looking nothing alike I emailed the company and they were kind enough to give me a free bunch of my choice although the service was a little poor to start of with they soon managed to turn it around.. My mums new bunch will be arriving tommorow so look forward to seeing them

Made spelling error on gift card,emailed within 2 minutes of placing order to ask for change. Told next day order had already been made and no changes, but flowers were not due to be delivered for 24 hours! Poor customer service would not use again

Whilst very happy with the price of the items at the point of initial purchase, and a successful delivery window and journey, I felt grossly hard done by given the scale and quality of the flowers that I received.

The flowers which were ordered were a lot smaller than in the picture on the internet and not very good value for money. I did send an email to express my disappointment and was asked to send a photo in, which i did and have not heard anything since.

The flowers were lovely but I forgot to put who they were from I realised my mistake straight after ordering but when I rang back I was told the order had already gone through. They were ordered well in advance so surely their is some way to correct any errors.

The card that was sent with the flowers did not have my message on it so my friend did not know who they were from and had to text all her friends to find out !
