“Delivery arrived as promised and receiver astounded at how quickly the flowers bloomed once put in water and salts added. I am unsure if number of blooms stated were as promised, as bouquet looked a little sparse. I attach a picture.”

“I order 4 sets of letterbox flowers to be delivered just before Christmas and all arrived on the preselected date and the recipients were all delighted with the quality. It is a very easy ordering process and the fact that they fit into a standard letterbox means you don’t have to worry about them being left unattended on the door step or spoil the surprise by arranging for someone to be at home.”

“Although ordering & products available was really good, the flowers themselves arrived in poor condition & half of the bunch did not pick up after 48 hrs and ended up in the bin, which was a bit disappointing, not sure if I would order again based on this.”

Hello there, Thank you for taking the time to share your review! I'm so sorry to hear that these blooms arrived looking quite disappointing, it's certainly not what we want to happen at all. We do intentionally send everything out dry and in bud, meaning that they can arrive a little limp and dehydrated, but after a chance to fully relax and rehydrate we'd always expect to see a wonderful transformation, though I'm so sorry if this was not the case. “I ordered flowers for my mother who is suffering with dementia. When they were delivered she phoned me (first time in a few years due to dementia) to say thank you and how beautiful they were. Many thanks for helping my mother have a to of normality in her life.”
