“Brilliant!! Every order I have made has been delivered on time, in perfect condition and have been beautiful. Also they are good value and very eco-friendly. “I’ve used Bloom & Wild several times to send flowers as birthday and thank-you gifts, and I’ve always been really impressed with the service. There’s a great choice of fresh flowers and gifts, and the app is so easy and straightforward to use. Dispatch and delivery are always quick, and the flowers arrive fresh and beautifully presented. I also really like the helpful instructions on how to get the most out of your bouquet. A great service and one I’ll definitely continue to use!”

“I paid you sent flowers. I don't know what they were actually like because I haven't seen them.. my daughters says yes they were lovely thank you. I doubt very much if she would have said god awful flowers you sent, half dead things etc she wouldn't want to offend me. I as the person who sent them didn't want to ask her if she could send me a pic as she's recovering from an operation. So I have to trust that you sent what I paid for and that they were indeed lovely. So therefore I'm not the right person to ask for feedback am I. How can I send a pic of flowers you sent and I did not recieve.”

“Once the order has been made the communications are brilliant and the delivery swift. However...... The Web site is not particularly user friendly, especially when it comes to redeeming the rewards The flowers are always fresh but the content don't always live up to the photographs. (Even after allowing 24 hours for them to bloom). The delivery company tends to do a "dump and run" policy, so the flowers are delivered but not received. Obviously this only applies to the non letter box flowers.”
