“I unfortunately haven’t had a good experience with the last two bouquets I have bought from Bloom & Wild. The order and delivery process were fine but the quality of the flowers left a lot to be desired. Some of the blooms wilted soon after delivery even though we had followed the instructions to the letter. Customer Support were quick to credit me but that’s not the point. I would have fathered the flowers were of a better quality.”

“I use this company all the time to send flowers and gifts to my friends and family.I have used them for different types of occasions and have been very pleased with the quality of the flowers and the effiency of the service. I have only once had to contact the customer service department and this issue was related more to do with the courier rather than Bloom and Wild.The customer service adviser that I spoke to was kind. curteous and resolved the matter immediately. I have nothing but praise for Bloom and Wild. I have nothing but praise for Bloom and Wild.”

“Over the last few years I have ordered several flower bouquets for friends and relatives. It is so easy & straightforward to order and the have always been delivered, when, they say they are. “Always beautiful fresh flowers. May look disappointing when they first arrive but they are just on the verge of opening up. Pop them in water and they open up to their full glory. My daughter missed the chocolates that were included with the flowers as they were mixed in with the packaging. It was an extra surprise but best to check with the recipient!”
