“Hello, Please can you get in contact with me - the flowers were eventually received after 24hrs once delivered - the postman had left them under a garage door and no note left through the door letter flap. However sadly they have not recovered after taking from the packaging and have not bloomed as expected. This was despite going through the process of cutting and watering. They are now almost dead and I can send you a photo that my daughter Rebecca has taken of them. Please can you either send a fresh bunch asap or refund me? I’m sure this situation is not that you would welcome as in the past I have been very pleased with the service provided. Thank you Steve Mardon”

“I was very disappointed with the delivery service for both my recent orders . One arrived 2 days after initial agreed delivery date and one the day after . I'm both cases the excuse was that no-one was in despite the fact they were advertised as letterbox delivery and should have been posted through the letterbox. Since they were for birthdays it was disappointing.”

“Ordered for next day delivery, which was a Saturday. Had an email from Bloom and Wild, on Saturday, to say the flowers were held up due to problems with postal service. They did not tell me that they had been sent to Northern Ireland, instead of north wales.!!! There were no updates, I only found out as I was able to follow the tracking. The flowers were finally delivered on Tuesday. I haven't heard from the bereaved recipient yet as to what condition they are in. What a poor service, why didn't Bloom and Wild contact me direct?”

“I write to apprise you of a most civilised encounter with a firm of floral distinction, Bloom & Wild. Though I had anticipated the usual indignities of the postal system, these flowers were, to my great satisfaction, delivered by hand - a gesture of refinement that restored my faith in modern horticultural manners. The purpose of this arrangement was a joyful one: to congratulate dear friends upon the arrival of their infant offspring, a creature of remarkable vigour and the faint aroma of new beginnings. To commemorate the event, I engaged Bloom & Wild to furnish a bouquet of appropriate elegance. The messenger, punctual and courteous, bore the blossoms as one might carry a royal decree. Upon arrival, the blooms were fresh, vivid, and of such composure that they seemed scarcely aware of their journey. My friends report that, once placed in water, the stems expanded into full conversational bloom, radiating that curious mixture of joy and serenity known only to nature at her best. In these days of mechanised haste and withered sentiment, it is a rare comfort to find an enterprise that conducts its affairs with both grace and botanical intelligence. Bloom & Wild, I conclude, have mastered not only the art of floristry, but the etiquette of delight itself.”
