“You don’t look at my e-mails My Birthday flowers didn’t arrive till 4.30 then were a different bouquet off flowers Her Birthday was nearly over Also got a message from yourself saying they can’t deliver on that day”

“Flowers as always were beautiful once opened. Shame the postman (GPO) just threw them over the back gate & didn’t leave them AT the gate as I asked him too. Disgusting behaviour. So sad.”
