“This is the first time that I have used Bloom & Wild but unfortunately the experience was not a good one. We ordered a Pardeep bouget for our Daughter-in-Laws birthday specifically for the colour mix and flower selection, however what was actually delivered was a totally different bouget. The reason given when I contacted B&W was that the pardeep was no longer available despite this still showing on the website as avaiable to order and deliver. I was however offered a full refund hence a 3 stars as opposed to 1”

“I have used Bloom and Wold before and it has always been a great experience. I like the letterbox flowers as they can be delivered and will survive if the recipient isn't at home. Ordering is straightforward and delivery has always been reliable. The recipient this week assures me that the flowers were beautiful!”

“We have used Bloom & Wild a number of times and are impressed by 1. The easy to use App which we use for ordering 2. The prompt delivery 3. The effective and swift problem solving (on one occasion a replacement order was sent when the original went astray). 4. The compact delivery allowing, where needed, the bouquet to be delivered through the letter box when the recipient is absent. 5. The brilliant mix of cultivars and wild flowers (as bloom and wild implies) 6. The way the flowers are in bud and so open out and bloom after being unpacked and last a long time 7. The way your service has expanded over time with the addition of gifts of different kinds. However the most recent delivery, made by Royal Mail, was delivered to the recipients whist they were out and was put in the rubbish bin. Royal Mail stated this was the agreed delivery place, which it was not. Luckily the notice to me that delivery had been made meant we could notify the recipients that it was somewhere on the premises and a search located the package before it was thrown out with the rubbish.”
