“Ordered from B&W several times now. The recipients have always been delighted with their flowers. Ordering was easy, delivery prompt and the one time I had a problem ( not B&Ws fault) they were very helpful and sorted another delivery promptly 😃”

“I regularly gift flowers but I bought these lovely peonies myself. I have some in the garden in bud. They arrived very quickly and began to open day two. Beautiful colour with just a little filler for the vase, they're in full bloom now and don't need much else to set off they're glory. Never had any issues with bloom and wild, was nice to get a discount code and use my points too on myself.”

“I was surprised to be contacted and asked to review my recent purchase given the order had issues and had to be refunded. I was incredibly disappointed with a hand tied bouquet which I had delivered to my address to then give as part of a birthday gift. The bouquet was damaged with broken stems, the wrapping paper was crumpled and the package was missing the card. I needed to replace the card and rewrap the flowers to make them presentable which was incredibly disappointing. After contacting Bloom & Wild I was issued with a refund so this matter has now been resolved. However, I’ve used this company for many years and sent multiple deliveries to friends and family so I was very frustrated that this might have been the experience some of my recipients have experienced when receiving gifts from me. Therefore, I’d feel unable to use Bloom & Wild again or recommend them.”
