“I have been using this company for many years and whilst the flowers are lovely the delivery process is sadly very much letting them down. Flowers not arriving, being left somewhere else but no card put through the door and when they do arrive it is often late or night or 2-3 days later than when you wanted them for. They cover themselves by saying they cant always guarantee a delivery on the day you want which isnt great considering they are often to acknowledge a special occassion on a specific date. When you complain they do respond promptly but rather than receive a refund you are given a credit voucher instead which isnt fair.”

“We had the delivery delayed due to the snow storm which can’t be helped. I ordered Thursday last week and they arrived today Wednesday. However I called on Monday and they sent a replacement bunch out which were also received today. Happy with the customer service and my sister in law happy with her delivery”

“It is easy to irder, deliveries are made in a timely and professional manner and your updates are useful. I was very disappointed to find that your birthday guft if iced biscuits had been discontinued as it was so useful for recipients of all ages.”
